This pharmacy is the worse pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with . I requested them to transfer over my son RX to Walmart because apparently they don’t take my insurance but they only take it as a secondary insurance which doesn’t make any sense. Whatever technicians or pharmacist they have back there working or yelling at each other they’re not working together, slamming on the computers when I was there it was just so unprofessional. I had to get up and leave. And I work in health care at the hospital to be exact I used to be a customer pharmacy and I love their hours. They just hire poor people with poor customer service. Well, unfortunately, still haven’t got my son‘s medication. He’s still very sick with the temperature of 100.9 not eating or drinking and these people don’t know how to process insurance

I came in to pick up a printed document but discovered I was at the wrong location—an easy mistake since there are two Walgreens on Greenway in Surprise. However, I was treated very poorly by one of the women behind the counter. Instead of asking for my name or who the document was for, she kept asking what kind of document I was printing, leading to a confusing circular conversation. My answers, like "a paper one" or "a black and white one," seemed to amuse her, as she grinned at me like I was stupid. Finally, the other woman informed me that the document printing was done at the other Walgreens on Greenway.
I was just trying to make a quick stop to pick up a print, but instead, I was given the runaround by someone who seemed more interested in asserting control than helping. It's frustrating to see two employees doing nothing behind the counter in a store that could use some tidying up. This experience is a prime example of why CVS is struggling—good customer service encourages return visits. Unfortunately, this small town isn't what it used to be, and with many other options available, I won't be returning here for anything.

This review is for the minute clinic. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The first time I took my son here was for strep throat where they did not do ANYTHING for him. They looked in his throat and said they didn't see anything, yet when I get home, I looked at his throat it was covered in puss pockets. I decided to give this place a try again since it was only for a physical for my daughter, I made sure to check on the website to see if they did physicals which, they said they did. I took my daughter here and they REFUSED to do her physical because "I don't know your history" they also refused to do a hearing and seeing test because they weren't able to yet the vision test was on the wall. They said because they have no way of checking her physical strength ( if she could lift 35 pounds). They told us we would have to make an appointment with a physical therapist for that part . (Makes no sense to me), Then they suggested we take her to an urgent care or an Emergency room for her physical. Why would I waste the ER's time or urgent care's time for a physical. My first clue should have been when we arrived there was no acknowledgment because the two staff members there were too busy talking and joking with each other.

I came right from urgent care for a prescription and I knew it wouldn’t be ready yet but I live out near Buckeye/waddell with no pharmacies near me I can use with my insurance… so I was prepared to wait. I explained my situation and they had my prescription ready so fast and were really nice about the whole thing!

The pharmacist at the pharmacy sucks. She is rude and never really wants to do her job. She's so unpleasant and thinks that she's better than everybody. I honestly hope they find a better pharmacist than her. If you can't handle people trying to get their medicine and you want to hang up the phone constantly on them then you shouldn't be a pharmacist.

This pharmacy is regularly busy, but the staff has always been helpful and friendly. With the exception of Narissa, who can't get off her cellphone to interact with customers or help with their requests. Got a question about your prescription? Forget it. She's too busy on her airpods to listen to you. Need to put in a refill request? Nope. She hasn't got the time or patience. Worst customer service ever.

Very poor customer service. This pharmacy does not value the customers time. And has a do not care attitude. And blames the reason to constantly being understaffed because CVS doesn’t give them enough labor hours to have more people working!

Awful pharmacists. Constantly making mistakes and forcing the patient to contact their insurance/provider to fix mistakes made by their own pharmacists.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure a requirement to work here is to lack all customer service skills. Pros are parking and access is pretty easy no matter what direction you approach from. They have a self check out so I didn't have to wait for someone to actually acknowledge I was in the store. If you don't catch what I'm saying it's that not one employee said hello, welcome in, can I help you find something. This was obviously the first con. Second was the pharmacy was shut and locked down early afternoon on a Thursday so I couldn't even ask a question for what I needed help with. So I had to walk up and down every aisle nearby to try and figure out where or if they had what I needed. Good news is I found it, but then checked myself out to get out of this crap store.

I came in forty-five minutes before closing to drop off a prescription. The technician said she could fill it, and I protested, explaining I could come back tomorrow. She was admitted that she didn't want me to go without my medicine. Thank you for the extraordinary service.

Pharmacy lines can be crazy long. You can see several employees running around....yet only one register open. If somebody has a problem or question with medication/insurance it bogs down the process. They do have a questions window; however, I've never seen it used.

Whoever gave this pharmacy a five star rating is probably getting paid by CVS. This pharmacy is horrible. I manage care for my grandmother who is in a memory care. She has Tricare insurance and CVS is basically the only approved pharmacy in the area. Every single time I call, I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes. The times I've been in to the store, the pharmacy isn't even that busy. I worked in pharmacies to put myself through college. I know the business, it shouldn't be like this. I would gladly manage everything online and avoid calling, but their online and mobile application sucks. They advertised home delivery, but the process couldn't be set up online. Now the app doesn't have a streamline process to add scripts to the cart. I still have call the pharmacy to get them to process payment and delivery.

CVS is always clean organized and quiet! Came here hoping to score some Elf on the Shelf clearance items like my Yelp friend Aly had found and a hand brace for my husband. Hand braces were a bit high. I missed Christmas clearance by a day as it had just hit 90% of yesterday the gentleman said. I did score 2 giant 20" Hello Kitty stuffies for the girls for Valentine's Day. For the girls who pretty much have everything. The gentleman working was so sweet.
