I was so sad when i got there to find out that my doctor had forgotten to call in my Rx - and then SO HAPPY that the team member behind the counter was professional, kind and helpful to push it through - along with other Rx - and even as the store was quite busy. GREAT STAFF!

As I stated in the previous survey the consultant at this CVS was one of the most service oriented professionals one could ask for. She was patient and informative. Man...
this is such a rare quality these days. She was as excited about me saving 95% off of an expensive prescription as I was!

I will never come back to this pharmacy. I choose sanity over coming here! Everytime I think they'll learn from the last time but, they don't. This is the 3rd time I've had the lady at the window tell me it was going to be an hour wait so I went home just to get a text that it is ready 5-10 minutes later. When I mentioned it that you should have a better system for the prescription wait time, that I don't live close by and they aren't the ones paying for my gas. All she had to say was "have a nice day ma'am"
How about.... sorry for the inconvenience.... Or just a sorry in general.

Great pharmacy with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I go here at least once a week and find they are the best pharmacy in the area. It can get busy but by and large the line moves fast whether you’re standing or sitting in your car both lines move very efficiently.

Where do I start. My family had appointments to get vaccines, watched people for an hour have problems with the pharmacist. When it came time to get ours completed, he also had issues, including arguing with my mother that she gets the flu shot for older people, when she told him her Physician said she was not to take it. He then lost her information in the system. After 20 minutes of nothing getting done. I said forget it and the 3 of us left without receiving any vaccines. Couple days later we received emails thanking us for using CVS. Contacted my insurance to find out that CVS submitted claims and had already been paid. I don't know what policies CVS has in place but that pharmacist is a very bad representative for them and fraud has been committed in my opinion.

After listening to my sister tell me the saga she has been going through with this pharmacy (where she has been getting the same prescription for 5 years with no change to insurance), I happened to be on the phone while she started interacting with Brittany from their pharmacy who cut her off and said, "It doesn't matter what you say to me because I can't do anything about it." My sister tried to say something, this gal cut her off and said, "I don't care what you have to say" I then listened to this girl go talk about my sister to her co-worker. My sister said, "I can hear what you are saying" and this girl had the audacity to say, "I don't care if you can hear me, I'm not speaking to you!" I am in shock after listening to this. I can't believe someone who is helping people with medical needs could be so heartless and disrespectful. Not to mention the lack of professionalism is astounding. Just wow in the worst way. Awful. Absolutely awful. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't hear it for myself.
