Update - days later and still no resolution from CVS. Eileen Munch the District "Leader" contacted me and promised that my insulin would be brought to the correct location in Saturday morning by noon. I check the app. No sign of my prescription being there. I call the pharmacy and confirm I'm correct. Just another lie from CVS management! I called Ms. Munch and she claims the script is there. Then why am I being told by your staff it's NOT there?! Who's lying?

Might be nice to have a sign in your pharmacy window with your hours. I was in line for 15 minutes. When I got to the window it was closed at 1:26pm. No sign...just a shuttered window.

They don't deserve 1 star, the pharmacist is rude yelled at me and hung up because I caught them in a lie. I would drive to Flagstaff to fill a prescription before having to deal with them again!!

Been to this pharmacy twice and both times waited for over 30 minutes to get a prescription after i received a text letting me know that my prescription was ready. The first time i went there i checked in to get my pills they said that they would fill it immediately i gave them some time. I checked back in around 30 minutes later come to find out that they had been ready for a while but never said anything to me even though i was the only person sitting there. 2nd time waited in line for a good 30 minutes before i got to the cashier and even then couldn't find my pills and had to search all over the place and finally found them looks like i'll be using Walgreens or Walmart from this day forward. This CVS pharmacy is horrible.

This review is for the minute clinic. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The first time I took my son here was for strep throat where they did not do ANYTHING for him. They looked in his throat and said they didn't see anything, yet when I get home, I looked at his throat it was covered in puss pockets. I decided to give this place a try again since it was only for a physical for my daughter, I made sure to check on the website to see if they did physicals which, they said they did. I took my daughter here and they REFUSED to do her physical because "I don't know your history" they also refused to do a hearing and seeing test because they weren't able to yet the vision test was on the wall. They said because they have no way of checking her physical strength ( if she could lift 35 pounds). They told us we would have to make an appointment with a physical therapist for that part . (Makes no sense to me), Then they suggested we take her to an urgent care or an Emergency room for her physical. Why would I waste the ER's time or urgent care's time for a physical. My first clue should have been when we arrived there was no acknowledgment because the two staff members there were too busy talking and joking with each other.

The pharmacy at CVS is by far the worst in the state of Arizona!!! No customer service! Rude as the day is long! The pharmacist was rude and questionable! I felt after her very rude conversation , I felt I couldn’t trust the medicine I was there for! When asked why they were so unorganized, I was told to shut up! I threw the meds in the trash can as I left the store! Stay safe and stay away from this place!!!!!!!

Absolutely abhorrent service every single time I have the displeasure of having to get a prescription filled here. This is not the regular CVS I fill at, but it's the next closest one to my home so if a med I need is out of stock it's usually the one I'll get sent to in order to fill the script.I've had pharmacists refuse to fill, I've had staff try to coerce me to go inside to fill so no valid reason, and I've most recently had a pharmacist try to confiscate my DL and hold it until the script is filled. When I tried to get his info to file a complaint with the state board he refused to give me anything other than his last initial.Jokes on you, Dwayne Ohmart, found you anyway and I hope you lose your license.

I have never received such unprofessional, disrespectful customer service. I had to have multiple discs in my neck replaced. I had such a horrific time trying to get my prescriptions filled that my surgeon would not discharge me from the hospital until he knew I had medication to take home with me. It meant I had to spend an extra day in the hospital. My nurse actually heard me being yelled at and absolutely humiliated on the phone. My surgeon, PCP and nurse took over from there. I will never use CVS again. For any reason.

The pharmacist at the pharmacy sucks. She is rude and never really wants to do her job. She's so unpleasant and thinks that she's better than everybody. I honestly hope they find a better pharmacist than her. If you can't handle people trying to get their medicine and you want to hang up the phone constantly on them then you shouldn't be a pharmacist.

This pharmacy is regularly busy, but the staff has always been helpful and friendly. With the exception of Narissa, who can't get off her cellphone to interact with customers or help with their requests. Got a question about your prescription? Forget it. She's too busy on her airpods to listen to you. Need to put in a refill request? Nope. She hasn't got the time or patience. Worst customer service ever.

CVS at Reems and Greenway in Surprise Az is a place you SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. They are holding my script hostage for nearly two weeks. The first time I attempted to get my meds, they said I didn't have a script with them and quickly turned that to, 'We don't even have that med here'. I replied well why did you call me? Magically, they had it, but my insurance didn't cover it. I waited until payday, and now they say, 'Your insurance won't let you pay out of pocket'. WHAT?! The 'pharmacist' said I have to call insurance, so I did. Insurance rebutted CVS and said it was ridiculous. CVS doubled down, however, refusing to release my med by paying money for it. They lost a woman's meds completely while we were in the store, and they had no meds to fill her script and said that they would need her doc to resend the script?! MADNESS!! CVS, in general, has been the low standard in prescriptions and in customer care, and I only used this failure of a company because of my insurance. I will change my insurance as soon as possible so I NEVER have to go near this failure of a company. Sell your shares if you have stock. This place is heading for bankruptcy or class action. They pharmacists are dirt poor in terms of brains or compassion and full-on rejects in their trade.SUCK LESS CVS @ REEMS AND GREENWAY! YOU ARE LIARS AND POSSIBLY CRIMINALS

One star is even too much!!!!! My mom was on hold for 58 minutes and they answered and hung up on her and I was on hold 22 minutes they picked up put me back on hold then 15 minutes later they just hung up on me.we never had this problem when Ryan was running the pharmacy and not that you care but all my vaccinations have been relocated and the few scripts left will be looking for a new home I hope this is the result you were looking for with your new management NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!! ?????????

Not one to leave negative reviews because I know customer service is hard when you are short handed.We have been going to this pharmacy for 2 years and I am telling you every single time we have to pick up a prescription, it has been absolutely horrific! The customer service is beyond poor and there is ALWAYS some sort of error on the pharmacy part.This is ridiculous
