If I could I would give this store less than one star. The service manager, who also happened to be the cashier who checked me out. This was my first time I've ever been to this location and the service manager was extremely rude from the jump. So unhelpful, would not answer any of my questions to help me with checking out faster and even the other person working there would not help me. They even took people standing behind me waiting in line. There were absolutely no customer service skills applied with my transaction I will never go back to this store I would rather drive out of my way and go to a Walgreens.

Do not go here to make your calendars or Picture keepsakes..... They're software maybe outdated. Twice on 2 separate occasions I attempted to make a calendar which I've done many times at this location. Each time took me about 45 minutes.... Each each attempt at the point of checkout on the computer it gave me an error message that my device had been unplugged and to start over. My first attempt with that happening I felt it was possible. This last attempt was on a different computer And I received the same message.

This CVS store is sitting on a gold mine here in Sun City grand the only Phaarmacy and yet the staff members are rude, not welcoming and never there at the front when you need them. You have to do everything on your own. They only want you to do self service at an elderly community. The pharmacy is good, but the store staff all need to be fired and re-hired new people. Courtney is especially rude and doesn’t even want to help customers and makes sure you know that you don’t are not welcomed.

I go here several times a month. In all the places in Sun City Grand, we are treated very well. The staff at this location is beyond rude. They are not kind to seniors, and I witnessed this woman (I believe she was in charge last week) point people out who couldn't use the self-serve checkouts. We had to inconvenience her to come check us out from stocking the front of an aisle directly by the register. The line was getting long after I asked her to help us, and she slammed the items we were purchasing down as she was checking us out and continued to tell people to use the self-serve checkouts. She made sour faces and huffed. She should not be at this location or actually any CVS. Shame on her - shes going to be a Senior very soon.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. There is not one time that I stopped to pick up my prescriptions that I don’t have a problem. There is a gentleman that it works at the pharmacy that has a terrible attitude. He doesn’t have no customer service at all. I was just looking at the Google reviews and that pharmacy has a 2.5 review I will never go back there again stay away. The name of that guy is Matt and reading other reviews. I can see he has terrible customer service, but he still works there and continues to be rude to other people. I don’t understand. Is anyone a CVS corporate reading this reviews?

Cashier helped woman next to me on self check out machine and though I was having trouble and the machine was loudly telling me to wait for help, the cashier walked away. I was able to finally check out myself after several tries, but it was rude and embarrassing to me in front of other customers that she ignored me. This after a suspicious guy in the parking lot as well.
