I would like to take a moment to recognize Miss Christine, the store manager at your Dollar General location on 10670 N Perryville Rd, Surprise, AZ 85388, for her exceptional leadership and dedication.
Every time I visit this store, it is consistently clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The shelves are always neatly stocked, the aisles are clutter-free, and the prices are clearly marked — making the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Miss Christine takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment, and it truly shows in the overall atmosphere of her store.
It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely committed to ensuring both customers and staff have a positive experience. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail go above and beyond expectations.
Please extend my sincere appreciation to Miss Christine for the outstanding job she does representing Dollar General with excellence. She truly sets the standard for what great customer service and store management should look like.

I have problems using coupons everytime I come here, and they always ask you if you want your receipt and when you say yes, it’s like they get annoyed.
They left a new young girl to work all by herself and of course there were issues with their system not taking coupons and the manager on the phone was no help for the poor girl. I wasted 20 minutes of my time dealing with this mess. Save your time and go to Safeway or Walmart.

The girl who works there was super rude and kicked my friend out for talking and when my friend brought something she threw it at them.

Igor kicked out because I’m younger and she said to me if I’m not buying anything I have to leave but I’ve been in the store for 40 seconds waiting for my friend to check out just rude all around and she kicked me out for no reason

Got to the store about 9:55 PM and it was closed. They did not let me in store hours are from 7 to 10pm. Very bad

When the app says you have 20 bags of ice available and I get to the store and told no ice available, I think it's BS. Pretty sure the cashier was lazy to go unlock it.

I come to this store once a month to stock up on laundry & cleaning supplies. The $1 deals beat the $1.25 dollar tree ?. The online app and coupons every week... THANK YOU!! ? I shop at night. I always have Desiree as my cashier. She is kind, helpful, and patient when I have questions about the sales and coupons. She deserves a raise!!! The store is sooooo organized and clean ? You can tell the employees actually take pride in the store. I have 2 dollar generals near me (rude employees and disgusting filthy stores). I drive all the way here to this location just because of the organization and cleanliness. THANK YOU FOR A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE every time I visit! ??
