Fantastic people, they're always so nice to me. I love having this store close to my home and they're always keeping the store tidy and clean.

Delores is kind to adults and verbally aggressive with “kids”. She profiles and is rude. Believe your kids when they tell you stories about how she treats them.

I drove 5 miles to this location and arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and find the store closed due to receiving a truck. How ridiculous is that? Now I’m waiting for another employee to arrive and then I can go in!!There was a woman parked next to putting her daughter back in her car seat after driving here and finding it CLOSED. The website clearing shows it should be open. BAD MANAGEMENT!! I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to reopen and watching car after car park and get out and walk to the door to see a sign saying “receiving truck”. A lot of people inconvenienced!!

Had to update this!!!!!! I witnessed a customer yell at the manager for no apparent reason the manager was so calm, cool and collective while the two customers, (couple) had like three buggies full of things that they weren’t even going to buy. They literally just threw everything on the floor walking out yelling at the manager …PLEASE BE KIND TO PPL WHO HAVE TO WORK AND DEALW ITH THE PUBLIC ITS HARD AS HELL….I love this store and I appreciate the manager who works here(Delores ). She is awesome and every time I go there she’s always super friendly and tries to help me out with anything I’ve ever needed. She has patience and is extremely kind. It’s very hard to deal with customers who are difficult I myself can be difficult sometimes yet the cashier her name was Dolores was absolutely wonderful and this wasn’t the first time. She’s always Trying to help out.and I’m thankful I found a bunch of clearance items, and she literally didn’t say one word took her time and that each item by hand and smiled at the end of transaction

I drove all the way to this Dollar General from Wittman, to pick up some Easter things. There were no employees available when I wanted to check out, there was a line of people behind me that wanted to check out, finally a manager came out and said we could use the self-checkout. No one offered to show me how to use their machine, all the self-checkouts are different. I had just come from the other Dollar general and wanted to make an exchange to get a different color. I had my receipt dated 30 minutes earlier. She said she could not do an exchange or anything like that because she was on a different system from the other Dollar general. I've never in my life heard of that from any store, she said I needed to drive back to the other Dollar general to make an exchange. That makes no sense at all if I wanted a different color that they didn't have. So she told me I just had to buy more there. I will never return to this Dollar General for any reason ever in my life and I will make sure that people know how rude they are there and how unconcerned they are as to whether or not customers have a good experience or not.

I was so pleased when this opened in our neighborhood. So close when you need milk or bread. I stopped in today and was shocked at how quickly the shine has faded. I realize that sometimes things spill, and it may have been raining when the truck was unloaded. But every single jug of milk was dirty……every, single one. The stuff is black and has blobs of gunk in it. The clerk watched me knock some of it off when I set it down but said nothing. I feel it to be common courtesy to take the time and wipe clean anything you plan to sell that is dirty. I didn’t have time today, but next time I’ll just drive all the way to Fry’s. It’s further, but it will be clean. I wish I could add a photo here.

Positive interactions with all staff every time I go in, even when they're super busy. Have seen several instances of customers (grown adults & teenagers) behaving rude, disrespectful, & obnoxious. It's a shame as DG is the only conveniently located store in the general area- everything else is a 10-20 min drive (depending on traffic) & DG is within walking distance.

The manager disrespectful and when she kicked me out she made a racist remark about me under her breath. this is unacceptable as a store manager. she should be fired and I should receive an apology for the disrespect and apologize to the rest of the kids she’s disrespected.

Was there earlier. An employee has there motorcycle parked in a no parking zone between 2 handicap spots. The owner/manager allows it. It's against ada law, but his bike might get hit... Wow.

Good for a quick stop if you milk or any quick needed item and don't want to drive to the closest grocery store. One stop shop convenient for ice, groceries, smokes, beer, toiletries, etc. Of course has other basic dollar store items. Store is clean and nice, helps it's brand new. Located right by the high school which is interesting/strange placement but convenient for the neighborhood.
