Walked in to see if they had availability. Was told absolutely not “does it say walk in outside?” - by appointment only for customers. Waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, just yucky attitude.

I won a gift certificate from Diana at a silent auction at a bowling over cancer event. Last week I used that certificate had a shampoo and cut. Everything was positive, from the atmosphere to having my wishes being listened to and coming true. My friends and family members have loved my new hair style, and I will certainly be back for more when needed.

I cannot give a rating since I never was seen at E-Clips~!...I had called to inquire as to how much a shampoo & cut would be...I also inquired if I could get in for a cut on Monday, the 8th...Since no one answered the phone, naturally, I left a message~!...NO ONE ever returned my call~!!!...I guess they don't need the business...Or, if that's the way they 'do' business, I won't go give them mine~!...Very disappointed, but it is what it is`!...

Lynda saved me from a really bad haircut that I had gotten from another salon. I was practically in tears when I went into the shop. Lynda made the time to fix my cut and it turned out really nice. Not only did a get a nice cut out of the experience, I got a smile and kindness. This is now my place and will continue to give them my business.

My 82 year old mother got her haircut here recently and found out at the end of her haircut that Diana, her maskless hairdresser, (and manager) was not vaccinated. Very unprofessional!! My mom will not be returning.
