Very disappointed ? they basically ruin a perfect day twice they fail to deliver On Feb 14 I didn’t not get a call from them till 6pm to let me know they run out of time and they were having issues with their printer so i cancel the printed card and the lady on the phone asked what I wanted on my handwritten note we agreed on delivering yesterday the next day. They fail to Deliver again have not received a called from them or email, ridiculous they basically robbed me for my money ruin my surprise and embarrassed me with my loved one. I been on call for over and hr trying to speak to someone and no answer. So unprofessional so sad and unfortunate To not find a good Reliable Edible arrangements in the area.Not even returning my money would fix the Ruin and damage. Great at least Have sympathy and care to send a Follow up message.

Hello !I just wanted to say that I walked inthe Shop today order a arrangement and in 2 hrs i was able to walk out with a beautiful arrangement.The service was outstanding , friendly, i was greeted with a smile, great staff and very helpful. I definitely give this place 5 stars and highly recomend.

I was reluctant to order due to the not so glowing reviews, but I was hopeful my experience would be a good one. I placed an order for my Mom's 91 birthday. The transaction was very smooth, Theresa (I think) was very helpful and her customer service was exceptional! I was told the arrangement would be delivered between 1-3pm. It actually arrived early! My mom was absolutely thrilled with all the beautiful fruit. She was enjoying it with my sister shortly after it arrived.Thank you again for the great experience from order to delivery!!

Part 1- I placed a order for my mom today since we celebrate mothers day on the 10 and since I live in ca and she moved to az I wanted to make her smile since I wasn’t able to see her today to find out my order was never delivered. my mom received a few texts and calls stating driver was 20 mins away all 4 times and no one ever show up . My mom waited from 330 to 830 pm to received nothing this was the worst Mother’s Day. I will never use this location should have seen the horrible ratings and reviewsPart 2- after posting this review my moms order was final delivered at 855pm when she was in bed already and for arrangement to be received not refrigerated and it is room temperature and its covered chocolate fruit and cheesecake this is the worst experience ever.

THANKS FOR THE EMBARRASSMENT! They did not deliver my order on the date I requested (Mother's Day), and they did not have the decency to contact me to inform me of a delay or cancellation. They did not contact to apologize or anything. I still have no idea what happened. But they had no problem taking my money. This will be the last time I support this business regardless of location, but this particular location should be shut down.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, to be honest. As soon as i places my order, store called me to verify order, and she even tried calling me again later that day because I didn’t answer. Very sweet person. She assured it would be delivered before they closed. Delivery guy came very fast and gave me my arrangement. It was still cold and looked like it was made fresh. I would recommend to people! No issues for me

If I could leave no stars I would. I placed an order online over a week ago for priority shipping and a delivery date of 4/5/23. As of today 4/6/23 the shipping status still shows its sitting at the FedEx facility. I've called corporate and they tell me they can't see my order and tell me to call the store direct that my online order was sent to and they can't help. This company is terrible. You get no help from anyone. No one wants to own up. They tell me to call FedEx which I did that too knowing they will tell me to call the company I placed the order from. My advice to all is to NEVER order from this company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this store is your only option for Edible Arrangements delivery, go with FTD or another service. My online order was sent to this store automatically, so I did not look at reviews, but I sure wish I had. No fruit on Valentine's Day is not the end of the world but it should be the end of this business. The horrible reviews are true, they are incompetent and will not deliver as arranged.

I ordered a delivery for Valentine’s Day. The product never arrived. When I called the store the next day Tona the manager was anything but helpful. She said they took more orders than they could deliver and she was not in the mood to explain to me their operations. I could have my product delivered Friday or get a refund. She was extremely rude! I asked for her bosses info and she told me to call corporate. I told her I knew that trick from all the other complaints that they are a franchise and corporate wouldn’t help. She reluctantly gave me her GM Raquel’s email. I haven’t heard a peep from the GM. I told Tona not to reschedule or refund that I would discuss with GM next steps. I received an email saying “my request” for a refund was processed. Horrible experience all the way around! The minimum they could have done was called me to explain they couldn’t deliver so I could have made another plan.

Put a order in to be delivered 2-14-23,, never got delivered,, 2-15-23, still no delivery,, they do not answer the phone and do not have any viable excuse for not holding up their responsibility after taking someone's money, this is the absolute worst costumer service i have ever run across. I recently requested to cancel my order due to them already messing up her valentines by not showing up, guess ill see if i get refunded. Horrible store in Surprise Az

I placed an order for delivery and they did not deliver it, they did not contact me, I called at 2pm to confirm it would be delivered before 5pm, they close at 5 and the business closes at 5pm, and still nothing. Nobody even called to say like something is up or delayed. Ruined a birthday delivery. This isn’t my first bad experience with them, never use them. Never never never unless you want ruined surprises.

Ordered my arrangement at the beginning of December to be delivered on Christmas Eve. I was gifting the arrangement for a family Christmas party. It is now the 28th and this arrangement still has not been delivered. There was no communication on their part and the customer service has been awful. I was patient and finally called in today and the manager that I spoke with had an attitude and wasn't even apologetic.

Pickup order, it was on time and ready for our wedding anniversary. For the price I paid I expect to have ripe fruit not green strawberries....never ordering from this company again. At least it was covered in chocolate so it wasn't detected on sight, right?Next year I'll just buy $80 worth of strawberries and chocolate and do it myself. That amount of produce will produce quadruple the amount I received from this transaction with edible arrangements. Good luck in the future.That sole compliment is green and covered with chocolate...
