Excellent place to store you excess household good. Super clean, the staff was amazing, and never had an issue during the 18 months I rented at Extra Space Storage. I highly recommend!!!

The unit we rented in Surprise, AZ fit our needs perfectly. I liked that there are hand trucks right inside the door to borrow when loading/unloading. I liked that the manager is on site for questions/help—office hours are posted on the office door. I liked that there is a restroom on the ground floor (maybe elsewhere too, I don’t know). I liked that the facility doesn’t smell and is clean!
Rob, the manager, is top-notch. Personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Need extra space for your stuff? Rent here!

Do not use this storage center, if you have a lot of stuff. I had thousands of dollars mysteriously gone - which we think was an inside job. So we could not get anything back from the insurance company because the the items were under mysterious circumstances. I guess if you have a few pieces of furniture you'd be fine, but why chance it. Nothing caught on surveillance cameras? what?

Needed a quick storage area and staff was accommodating. Close to my home. Enclosed and air conditioned. This was for short term, but might put my holiday decorations there instead of a hot garage.
