Rob , Dave, and the other gentlemen in the front were awesome, friendly , funny. They were very knowledgeable about what I wanted and needed. We had good laughs and they were very down to earth. Treat you with respect and go over every question we had throughly. It’s a great experience, great facility, clean. 5/5 for me. Thanks guys

Extra Space Storage has been fantastic. The manager of the Surprise facility responds to texts almost instantly, which made everything so easy. The units are clean, air conditioned, and the pricing was a great value.

We arrived to have our 10x30 unit filled only to realize we underestimated our belongings! Rob was extremely helpful and informed for all of our questions! He helped us reserve a separate 10x15 unit at the best available rate without any confusion or issues! Very appreciative of his efforts!
