Fix your Wi-Fi so your customers don't have to go out in 110 degree heat because 'our Wi-Fi isn't the best'. Garbage response and garbage assistance. Is this so we can pay you more to do it for us? Never again.

I would not recommend this place at all. If the make a copy it's 2.90 for 1 copy. They are charging you a surcharge of $2.50 per transaction under 50.00. This is ridiculous.. this is away to lose customer. I will not be coming back to this location at all.

Go to a different FedEx office. Very poor service and customer service. I've been to many of the FedEx office locations with amazing service but get consistent poor service from Shawna at this location. She's rude to every customer in there.

Associate was very rude and told me she had to repack my box since "it wasn't packed right." She asked what was in the box and I told her a box of shoes. The box of shoes within the box had about 1" to move around so I figured it would be fine. She said she would charge me next time. Stay away from FedEx. Use usps or ups instead

My wife and I were very happy with our experience. The associate was very polite and helpful, and completely fulfilled our request. The store was very clean, organized, and had a nice arrangement of items. We are definitely going their again!

At the UPS store all you have to do is walk in with your package and the label and say "I'd like to drop this package off please." At this store things are completely different, you're about to get ripped off. The guy at the counter asked me what was in the box (is this even legal??), I told him it was just a laptop and charger that I'm returning to my old job. Then he asks if he can open the box (why????), after which he told me that it's "definitely not packaged right" even though the box had a ton of bubble wrap inside it. Then he tells me that he's going to have to charge me $23.99 so that they can "package it correctly". Mind you, all he's going to do is package it exactly the same way that I had it packaged in the first place, just in a FedEx box. I guess times are tough even for a multi-billion dollar company like FedEx, they gotta find a way to make money somehow. Also, I noticed that when I walked into the store I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. But I noticed that when someone else walked into the store, they were given a warm welcome and told that they would be helped right away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!!

I think I've been to FedEx at least seven times in the last few weeks. They have been my GO-TO for printing documents, shipping Christmas gifts, sending returns back, and shopping for office supplies there in the store. They are all super friendly in this location. I normally email them whatever items I need printed and then go pick them up without a wait. Also, all of my packages that I've been sending out are arriving earlier than expected which is a bonus. Thanks FedEx!

You're a FedEx pickup and drop-off but Do not have a FED EX envelope to drop your docs in to send. Even the stand alone boxes have them and you do not have to get out of your car in 100* weather to find out you wasted your trip.

I have been coming to this Fed Ex store sporadically since we lived in Surprise. The store is always clean and customer service here has always been great.Using computers to print, sending them print request via email, shipping packages, laminating items are some of the services I have used here.

Amazingly poor customer service...plus .... will not speak to you unless you have a mask on...even though the CDC does not recommend or require them. The young man at the counter asked me why I had no mask, and a snotty female middle-aged employee seemed ready to argue with anything I said. I left and went to the Surprise Post Office; they were warm and welcoming.Recommend shutting this store down if the employees and management don't want to provide a service.
