Just went in to return and met with a lady who had no manners whatsoever. Must be the same woman who got another negative review 23 hours ago.

I just stopped in to send a laptop back to my office. As I walked in the lady running the counter was walking away, saw me and rolled her eyes disappointedly and turned back to the counter. When I said “sorry?” she mumbled to herself with a grumpt attitude. Then told me they wouldnt take a package unless it was ready to go (mine still needed to be taped). When I asked “you wont tape it” she said no.
The UPS Store will charge $1 to tape a package. At no time was I given grief or not helped by them. The lady at this FedEx location didn't even offer this service.
