I had a horrible experience this morning! Seems like everyone has had the same experience reading the reviews. Shawna should be fired! Seriously! I walked in with a smile and left furious! I entered the store with a large box, I spoke. She said “put that on the ground! I’m sure we cant accept that! Is it a computer!? I’m sure it’s not properly packaged!” How can you automatically assume my package isn’t packaged properly just from walking in? She told me she had to open my package to see! I’ve NEVER been to a UPS store, USPS or FedEx location that required me to open my package! She was so rude! I’m not even sure how she is even employed still but she shouldn’t be! I asked her to show me something that said my package had to be the way she indicated. She showed me some little book lol ok! I made her re-tape my package back up as I went to another location and they gladly accepted my prepackaged box with a smile! If you’re reading this Shawna, MY PACKAGE STILL GOT SHIPPED! Along with the millions of drop off packages, pickup packages and drop box packages! You need a serious attitude check! Even if what she said was true, her delivery was HORRIBLE! I hope corporate reads this! Or, better yet. I’ll contact corporate myself!

This is a one star review for the store manager Shawna. While Dyllan and the other young asian woman are always so incredibly polite and kind, Shawna never ceases to amaze me with her passive attitude and lack of customer service. I go into that store once a month now to overnight a batch of checks, and every single month she is just plain rude. And today, I have had it with not saying anything. She always starts to help me and then immediately makes a rude remark or makes someone else help me. All I need someone to do is get my package ready which takes about a minute total to verify the address, my information and print the label and pay. In other words, they fedex employee just does their job. Today specifically, I was told in regards to not knowing if I had an account, “well if you don't know, you obviously don’t have one.” Honestly Shawna, you are a store manager. If you can’t provide quality customer service to all customers, find a new job that doesn’t require you to speak with customers. On a positive note, 5 stars to everyone else that works there. You put up with a rude boss and always provide great service :)

I came in with a bunch of stuff not packaged that I needed to package and send off to a family member. Dyllan was so kind and patient with me and helped me get everything together to send off safely :)

Been to this location, visited w the black haired lady all three times. First time just not helpful and told me wrong times on pick up. My package arrived damaged. Second time says she will put packing in box before sending and moved things in box, and it arrived to location damaged. Today needed assistance w resending first damaged package, no help, just rude matter o fact attitude. No solutions offered just no to everything. The lady in front of me needed help, she couldn’t be bothered to help her w seeing her phone to get info to the company, I helped the lady. She’s rude and fedex apparently has no ways to improve the handling of their packages, broken is acceptable according to this lady bc the have conveyer belts! Oh ok well that’s ok then, damage my things and don’t help w customer satisfaction. Won’t use the service or location again, 3 is my bad!

If I can make it below zero star I will do it . Very bad manager her name is Shawna was so rude and mean and doesn’t want to help at all with bad attitude, I don’t know how she’s a manager? That’s bad for all FedEx to have bad management like that. I’m going to call corporate too for store 13869 W Bell Rd Suite 106, Surprise, AZ 85374

Came in to just drop off a paid package and had such a bad experience that I won't even use this FedEx at all for any shipping. Avoid this store at all cost

I have been to this location a handful of times, and most of the employees seem willing to help. With that said, Gabby has a real attitude problem. On numerous occasions, you walk in and no greeting from her, and when I asked a question, she was extremely cold.This is the last time I use this location. I will spend my money at locations that know what customer service is.

I order my promotional stuff online and can you say my order is ready same day, very nice employees. They call me when my order is ready. I also get a text that my order is ready to along with an email. Great service will keep going there.

This is NOT a location specific review, but FedEx website is so convoluted you can't even give corporate feedback.I would give 0 stars if at all possible, but the system won't let me, so you get 1 star.I DREAD getting FedEx packages because I know I will get the run around and spend hundreds of dollars and several hours trying to find my package. If you tell them to hold it, they will deliver it. If you tell them to deliver it, they will hold it. If you ask a question, you will get a different answer depending on which rep you happen to speak to. The phone system is agony, the phone customer service is a confluence of gaslighting and answering off the cuff without actually digging in and finding current status. You literally can't trust anything they say. The online tracking system is just as untrustworthy. The only way to get any answer is to physically go to a location ( or if you can figure out the msze of phone numbers and digital menu selections, you might get the chance to speak to an actual onsite employee). Whatever these people are getting paid, FedEx needs to double it, because they are the only ones who can give a straight answer ( even when the phone customer service claims that they are lying).This is the THIRD time this has happened.I'm beyond over it. Never, ever paying to ship anything through them again.Please heed this warning: FedEx ( the company, not the employees driving and working the offices) needs to get out of the shipping industry.I've never had these issues with UPS, not sure what magic they've got that FedEx doesn't have, but I know where I'd prefer to ship through - NOT FedEx.

Would give 0 stars if I could . So called manager wouldn’t accept my box because it was crumbled. She apologized but she didn’t meant it . She can save those apologies to someone who cares. Will be shipping somewhere else….

These people are thieves. It is stealing when you order a service twice (scanning), are promised your scans, do not receive the scans to no fault of my own, do not get anything in return, and then request a refund, and are told that you are unable to be refunded. That is called taking someone’s money for nothing. Thieves

Horrible customer service, the two female employees I had interactions with (on separate occasions) were very rude and they both have a bad attitude. To make it even worse, one of the females was the manger. It is a shame this lady is the manager, I wish I remembered her name but she is by war the worse. I’ve had good experiences at other places but not this one. Sure, not all of the employees are bad and I can only speak on the interactions I had with these two people. Can’t call customer service because they are no help at all!
