They quoted me over $4k for work. Some of which did not need to be done. I went elsewhere and had the work that really did need to be done for less than $1k. Also the place is cramped and dirty.

What a joke dropped off my truck to get an oil change with an appointment. They lost my keys and never touched my truck. I picked it up at closing and will go elsewhere.

Please be forewarned that the Firestone store on Raheem’s and Mountain View charges a 10% Shop Supplies Fee on all work performed. This fee wasn’t disclosed to me up front and was charged on the invoice without notice.
I bought the alignment special because it was on sale for $20 off the normal price ($229 versus $249) The Shop Supplies Fee was $23.00 which was more than the $20.00 they had reduced the price.

I’ve been to a few Firestone’s and this location is by far my favorite one, I don’t take my car anywhere else if I can help it. They take really good care of my car, keep me updated, and are all super friendly from start to finish. Ken is amazing, and has always made sure my experience is a good one, and is really good at doing his best to work with me. Thank you guys!
