I absolutely love shopping at Five Below! It’s my go-to store for affordable, trendy finds. Whether I’m looking for cute home decor, fun gadgets, or even snacks, they always have something new and exciting. The prices are unbeatable, and the quality of the items is surprisingly good for the price. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even better. Plus, the store is clean and well-organized, so it’s easy to find what I need. I always leave with way more than I planned to buy! Highly recommend!

This store is sorta always messy, I kinda understand though being in a high traffic area. I don’t like that they changed the self checkout. I know they probably did this to mitigate theft, but it’s annoying. Otherwise everyone is always nice.

I'm kind of debating on whether to continue to go to this one, or take the trip to Peoria after my last visit.
The shopping experience was fine. The store was in a bit of disarray at the time, but ok. My family was able to find what they needed.
We go to check out, which used to be self checkout, and now an employee needs to ring your items for you, ask if you want to give $5 for a child's book bag, and pay for their bags. Maybe the company was having a theft issue? Again, no big deal.
What got me was what happened when I answered the survey question. When I was asked "Was the store clean?" I answered "No."
Immediately the girl checking yelled "YOU ANSWERED NO?!" in front of the entire store. I told her "No it's not. I'm being honest."
"But she's (pointing to her co-worker) cleaning it up!!" The worker, seemingly offended, said.
"That's not what I was asked." I told her, I also didn't know the co-worker was cleaning up.
Thinking that they both were just playing around,
when we were leaving, I said "have a good weekend, ladies". The 2nd employee replied with nothing, and the one who was yelling initially said nothing, then said something under her breath.
These surveys (hopefully) are used to better company training and customer service, not to fire its employees. If a customer answering in the negative triggers an employee's reaction of embarrassing a customer in front if his family, then be thankful you still have a job.
I don't know. I was really happy at first to know Surprise had a Five Below, but now, I may take my business elsewhere.

It's just an all-around fun place to walk around and browse, especially when it's really hot outside. I was able to purchase a lot of little things and spent about $30. These days, that's not bad at all. Loved the candy area. They have Zotz and Razzles!! 🤪

Shop is a disorganized mess.
Boxes opened, items used, tester area destroyed.
Must have a lot of theft as they do not have self check out anymore and the employee stands right next to you scanning your items.
Whole thing is awkward and not worth coming in.

This five below sucks compared to the ones in glendale and peoria. They have no turtle chips, they don't have any of the foreign ramens, just regular maruchan. Their anime merchandise selection is extremely small and doesn't get restocked for months. We absolutely loved the five below in glendale, that's where we fell in love with a large selection of anime merchandise, turtle chips from Korea, and ramen fromVietnam. We went to the five below in surprise hoping to restock on the chips and ramen only to find regular chips and ramen that we can buy at any store anywhere. I checked the tags, to make sure they weren't just out of stock, and they had so many shelves of just stupid takis and maruchan ramen. Beyond disappointed and will never return to this location

This store is clean and merchandise are cool. I love five below, but my last visit Iwas hawked eyed by the employee while checking out and felt very uncomfortable.
