Happy to see the new carts, previous ones were in pretty bad condition. Now, if they would repair the parking lot that would be great. It's crumbling and full of pot holes. Additionally, they tend to put too much product in the isles often times making it difficult to maneuver your cart. Lastly products hanging off the shelves everywhere are a nuisance unless you don't mind getting a shoulder injury.

Anne in apparel was extremely helpful for my daughter and I today. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and she is indeed a far above average example!We greatly appreciated her going out of her way tonight to help my daughter out.

I don't know what's going on over there, but I can't get anyone to help me at the Meat Dept. They act like they are doing you favor just to answer a question. Won't be going back.

Not like they are competitive with pricing but they close the entrance by 8 leaving you with no cart once your inside like you need to find one in the parking lot before coming towards the bldg

This Fry's is state of the art and has to be brand new. Very clean and lots of extra stuff than a normal Fry's would have including clothing, sushi etc.

This store, or company, has a ridiculous policy that will not allow you to return an unopened, undamaged item unless you have the paper receipt. Not even if you have the fry’s app with the receipt and the card used to make the purchase!Fortunately there was a customer service member, Arnel, that stepped up and rectified the issue and said he would take the blame if something were to come of it. I hope Arnel gets positive recognition and others follow in his footsteps.

The sushi at this location is top-notch and a must-have! After personally buying and consuming it several times a week for several years (yeah, I'm addicted), I have lots of experience with it.

If only you can give 0 star reviews... I bought a coffee grinder last night. A cheap one - $20 - so I don't expect much. I opened it this morning to use to find that ITS BEEN USED. There are no stickers on the box stating this was an open box return. Nothing. And gross? Why would you put this back on the self anyways? The lid is also broken, you can see the piece stuck in the groove. If they do this to equipment I can only imagine the quality of food here.... *vomit*.

Almost always a positive experience at this Fry's. Staff and management are always helpful. Probably only negative is they are out of stock on items a lot. Love this store. As a boost member I'm saving a ton of money a year.

On 9/30/2023 at around 7:30ish AM, I went to Fry’s grocery store at Greenway & Cotton Ln. I’m in line and watching the self check out cashier, Angelica (tall, dark hair, female, pink shirt) behave rather unprofessionally. One of the customers needed help and Angelica (with hateful attitude) attempted to help. The customer ended up getting another cashier to help to avoid the friction with Angelica. Angelica walked over to her station/cash register and loudly stated, “I tried to help her and she didn’t want it, and I don’t care!” She then began to complain to a male worker who agreed with her. Wow! Surprisingly, so early in the morning, there were quite a few customers and there was a line for self check out. Customers were looking surprised at Angelica’s behaviors and some were commenting on the lack of professionalism. It seems as though Angelica was trying to embarrass the customer who needed help by expressing her emotions and hatred very loudly. Borderline bully and handling things with emotion instead of logic. This is very bad for business. Kroger should have trainings that are geared toward quality customer service and trainings about bullying. It’s a fact that bullies are being bullied by someone else, and they feel the need to show others how tough they are. Sadly. Angelica needs some education. Acting ghetto isn’t cool, it only makes her look like a fool. This is very bad for business and I’m considering Safeway as my alternative for shopping. Life is too short for this nonsense.

If you're Hispanic, do not go to this place I usually go to this place all the time but after this last time, I went now I kind of think about it. I go to this place and I'm gonna check out. There's a guy telling me to get out of the self check out because I have a shirt with a tag I say OK I understand I go get checked out by a person and on my way out. The guy starts to say yay with sarcasm laughing and making beeping noises as I'm exiting the building because he's supposedly pretending that I'm stealing not gonna say it's because I'm Mexican but I really think it's because I was Mexican. He was being like that towards me.
