I understand the need to lock certain things up, but at least have staff there who can unlock it for you. I spent 20-25 minutes in the store trying to get something unlocked. I was acknowledged by two separate employees neither were able to unlock the product. I stood in the store and ordered what I needed online from another retailer to be delivered today.

DO NOT PURCASE MSI OR MSI SURFACES PRODUCT! I purchased Vinyl Plank For my whole house . After two years this product was warping , curling, wavy looking, cupping. Had an inspection done from the company and also had my licensed contractor for floors come to my house and meet the inspector and the inspector said he did an amazing job with the install of the vinyl plank. After getting my inspection back the COMPANY MSI is not refunding me because the are assuming and not taking full responsibility of deflective product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT SAYS MSI OR MSI SURFACES YOU WILL HAVE TO REDO YOUR FLOORS AND THEY WILL SAY IT WASNT THERE FAULT BUT THE CUSTOMERS!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I'm disgusted with this store. From the lazy employees and loaders to the overall incompetence of the staff from top to bottom. I had a delivery to my jobsite of 100 pieces of 12' Hardie Plank siding. Ordered June 13th, delivered June 20th. The delivery fork lift driver unloads the stack of 100. Sticks the forks in the side and breaks some. Then sets them on the bill and a stack of them cracked in the middle. I take pictures and so does he. Today is now July 28th and nothing has been done. I've spent 6 hours in 3 different chats. Been promised delivery refund and that a truck was scheduled to pick up the broken items and then refund it 3 times now. The last time being today. I had to go pick up more of the siding today because my job is behind from waiting on them. I get a 5' tall teenager to help me load. Can't even stack right. Can't reach to get it in ladder rack correctly. It's 115 outside and I'm doing all the loading. For materials that I Paid $90to have delivered!! You walk in the lumber isle of this store and the employees see you and run the other way to avoid having to lift anything. I'll be taking my business to Lowes across the street from now on!

I visit all the Home Depot's in the west valley very frequently. This is by far the worst one. I will actually be using the Lowe's across the street from now on, even though I prefer Home Depot for their wider selection of materials. They keep the lumber aisles absolutely cluttered, almost unusable. And the customer service is bottom of the barrel.I only wrote this in hopes of improvement because I use Home Depot so much and rely on them.

It would be a negative Stars review if I could.We planned a Camping trip for the 4th of July Weekend, and we went online and reserved a rental of a Generator to supply power to my APAP Machine(very important for me health), We thought we reserved a HONDA Generator as that was what was online and if we didn't specifically request that then their website should also receive a negative review also, When we went to pick up the Generator we were told the only one left is a off brand piece of junk that would not do what we needed it to do, and only run 5 hours and shut off, so I brought a 100' power extension cord do that the noise if any would not disturb us, So we plugged it in and I went to sleep, I woke up the next morning and each morning after till we left 2 days early, as I was not feeling well, Sleep deprivation is a serious issue! So we went to return the generator at the store and the sweet lady that was filling in while a dude was at lunch, Called a "Manager" as she didn't feel she could help us with our issue of the generator shutting off after 5 hours, Which the HONDA would not have done that, the manager finally arrived after she argued with the employee as to what the employee needed to do, so I explained the power loss after 5 hours Etc.Etc. then the dude returned from his lunch out of uniform and started in on the conversation, stating that the inferior "Generator would only run 5 hours and shut off",I stated that obviously "I needed a generator that would run longer than that.!" The dude stated that the "Honda would have done that but we rented out the Honda earlier then we picked it up". And so the Manager kept interrupting us talking, and I told her to "Shut up We are the Customer!" And she still kept interrupting us as we talked! So she offered 50% of the rental, And I said okay!" Until the dude jumped in and made me mad so I then relented the offer and asked for the full refund. All through this the manager was condescending and almost rude, the dude was doing the managers job as she was unable to do it herself. So we left with a partial refund and I will be calling the store manager in the morning.

5 people in line to have lumber cut. 3 overhead calls, 20 minutes, and the person doing the overhead calls is getting nasty to us. Your store is the reason Ace Hardware is making a comeback. Pathetic, all of us left and went on about our day. This is not my first bad experience at this location, but it is my last.

Horrible customer service at surprise store #483I have shopped at this local Home Depot store for the facility I work for and personal home for some years now and never had a problem with getting Military discount till yesterday. I was purchasing flooring for my home the associate that helped me check stock was very helpful but when it came time to check out and I asked for my military discount it made me feel like I was trying to steal something. I have had trouble with the app and verifying my Military docs so I had explained that to both the cashier and supervisor who had to come and help with my transaction it was roughly $2500.00 of vinyl flooring she had said she didn't think she could do the discount for that big of an order. When the supervisor had seen I was getting upset and asked for names the attitude changed but by that time my wife and I where upset of how we were treated we just needed to walk out. We returned latter to pick up the flooring after speaking to the manager on duty and she assured me everything that in about an hour it would be good to go and I would not have any problems and she had let the cashiers know what to do when picking up the flooring I needed. That was not the case when I got to the store and started checking out the order was asking for a manager override at that point a cashier manager or supervisor came up to me and started to tell me that there was a 400.00 yearly CAP on military discount and this order already puts me a little over half way there it honestly felt like I was trying to steal something from the store and being harassed by her even the cashier was apologizing to me for what was going on. Defiantly makes me think of where I will be spending my money and my companies money in the future.

Terrible trees return policy. Home Depot can sell sub - standard trees and when they die, - even after the royal green thumb treatment from a 60 year Az resident! I am an expert gardener. Please don't expect a return or exchange from Home Depot. 3 different Customer Service employees treated us like we were absolute idiots when we asked them to exchange or return after 7 months. Then we were rudely told that they would accept a return with receipt and original black plastic container only after 3 months. So, you had better keep those black plastic containers!! Lowes gives a year to return the dead tree! Buy from Lowe's. Obviously Lowes carries much better quality products in order to offer a MUCH BETTER return policy! Shame on you Home Depot, You have successfully, permanently lost a valuable family of exceptional customers. Hopefully everyone who reads this review of your return policy will quickly realize that Lowes is the wiser choice. All because of your rude attitude and a $129+ tree.

Horrible customer service at surprise store #483Purchased a refrigerator in late Oct. was delivered and installed on Oct. 31st. We opted for the water line installation for water and ice. The tech did something under my sink during the install that loosened the connection running from my sink into the wall. The results were a slow leak that went unnoticed for nearly a month. There is damage to my newly installed cabinets (approximately 2 years old), the walls, and bedroom carpet on the other side of the kitchen. When I contacted customer service about the issue they referred me to a manager who was very abrupt and rude. Had the audacity to infer that I was lying about the issue. Informed me that she would have to start an insurance claim. It's been over 24 hours and no one has contacted me.I don't know the manager's name but she was female and we spoke at approximately 11AM on 12/1. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I've gotten from Home Depot customer service and management so far. Potentially thousands of dollars in damage done to my home by one of there techs and no one cares.

I wish I could NO STAR the service here! I've never been waiting for assistance at a register for so long, and have employees walk past yelling "not my job" as if they think they're funny. Shelf tags never match actual prices. Worthless to shop this location.

After years of being a Lowe's lady, I came in here to find some electrical tape. I believe it was the assistant manager that I interacted with named Rylee that made my experience so memorable. She was kind, helpful, and very vibrant. I'll never go back to lowes again.... Home depot forever!

So I did an online order for car side pickup... it was missing one item which I saw at the time I was notified the order was ready... however when. The store associate came out with my items, he placed them in my trunk said there you go and walked away.. did not mention my missing item nor ask it I wanted my trunk closed. He walked away as if he had more to bring out. Which he did not... I thought that was rude of him. I had not been to home depot for months and now I won't go back any time soon... Lowes it is from now on...

Such a horrible experience today. First tried to get a price on a pot the checker refused to help and would not call to get help. No one was around to help same inside this store is truly going down hill. It is much better to shop at lowes. Clearly this store has staffing issues and the ones working there do not ever want to help you. I see it was a joke
