Spent a half on the phone with different personnel trying to find the status on my computer repair. On two occasions I was told my reference number for repair is not correct, one person was extremely hard to understand. Communications sucks with Geek Squad.I was told in about three days I would be notified, that never happened. Surprise store may have qualified personnel, but communication sucks.

The technicians fixed my computer after it was hacked and also cleaned. The computer is much faster.

Great business model, have everyone working there stand around talking for an hour but tell a kid who just wants his laptop looked at that “he needs to book an appointment”. Customer service is dead.

Spent the last 3 days trying to fix an Outlook email issue on my android cell phone.Was apprehensive about coming in for assistance as I assumed that it would entail a long wait being that we are near the holidays, or maybe I needed to make an appointment?I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no wait and I walked right up to the counter.I was kindly greeted by Anishia at Geek Squad, who patiently worked to troubleshoot. Seems there is an issue with Outlook, but Anishia was able to figure out a solution to get my emails.My fingers can now heal from biting my nails, as I have been needing important emails to come through! ?The help was complimentary, and they take walk ins as well as appointments.Good to know Geek Squad is here to help - for not just laptops and computers.A great company ?THANK YOU ANISHIA FOR SAVING THE DAY!!

Geek squad is great at this location. Took my phone in to have the screen replaced and they did a fabulous job! They answered all of my questions they seemed more than happy to help! I was a little disappointed that after having to wait I couldn't get my phone fixed due to them not fixing anything after 4. I had to take it back the next morning. But other than that I will be back they were very helpful and my phone works great! Thanks geek squad!

Rude employees. There was a sloppy guy named joe who said he was a manager. Worst customer service I've experienced. Joe was as sloppy as they come. Sloppy Joe.

My hard drive died, and I checked the Samsung website for what they had in stock. I was pleasantly surprised that Best Buy now partners with Samsung, and I can either order through Samsung and pick it up at a Best Buy, or I can buy it directly from Best Buy at the exact price. I was assisted from the moment I walked through the door, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, and rung me up once I grabbed the new hard drive. The store was well stocked, clean, and well lit. A great resource for the area.

Customer service here is horrible. I went in to look at Mac books and spent the first 25 minutes looking around for someone once I finally found someone they told me someone will be with me shortly. Only to leave me waiting another 20 minutes just to come back and tell me it's going to be a LOT longer. Multiple employees talking to each other not working just take the extra 20 mins and drive to a different location save yourself a headache.

My printer was not working so I brought it into Best Buy without an appointment. I was sure I would have to come back later but a very nice young gentleman Joseua (not sure of the spelling) offered to look at it and was able to fix it in a matter of seconds! I was so embarrassed because it was just a minor paper jam but he was so friendly and professional and did not make a big deal about it. I tried to pay him but he said that was not necessary! This is customer service at its finest. Best Buy I hope you realize what a valuable employee you have there!

They won't come out to work on a laptop I was told and I am not able to get in. I'll never shop at Best Buy or call the Geek squad again.

Went for a laptop purchase. Employee asked if he can help so requested da specific laptop and he said they were out of stock. He did not offer a different brand, did not provide any knowledge on the product or reference similar like kind. I was surprised by the service we were getting. I then seen the same model different color. Went to ask him for it but he was talking w another customer. I stood there for a few minutes respecting the other customer. He just kept talking about camping and unrelated work stuff. After a few more moments I went to ask another employee to help who was in the repair dept. since that first sales person was the only one who was on the floor in that area. He hesitated at first he wasn't on the floor. He seen us waiting so came and helped us. And bam! Made a sale! Gave 2 stars for the guy in the repair center. Should have had names but I seen some pretty bad reviews already so I'll leave it at that. Best Buy, you gotta hire new people. I'm free for the weekends!!
