Geek squad is great at this location. Took my phone in to have the screen replaced and they did a fabulous job! They answered all of my questions they seemed more than happy to help! I was a little disappointed that after having to wait I couldn't get my phone fixed due to them not fixing anything after 4. I had to take it back the next morning. But other than that I will be back they were very helpful and my phone works great! Thanks geek squad!

Rude employees. There was a sloppy guy named joe who said he was a manager. Worst customer service I've experienced. Joe was as sloppy as they come. Sloppy Joe.

My hard drive died, and I checked the Samsung website for what they had in stock. I was pleasantly surprised that Best Buy now partners with Samsung, and I can either order through Samsung and pick it up at a Best Buy, or I can buy it directly from Best Buy at the exact price. I was assisted from the moment I walked through the door, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, and rung me up once I grabbed the new hard drive. The store was well stocked, clean, and well lit. A great resource for the area.

Customer service here is horrible. I went in to look at Mac books and spent the first 25 minutes looking around for someone once I finally found someone they told me someone will be with me shortly. Only to leave me waiting another 20 minutes just to come back and tell me it's going to be a LOT longer. Multiple employees talking to each other not working just take the extra 20 mins and drive to a different location save yourself a headache.

My printer was not working so I brought it into Best Buy without an appointment. I was sure I would have to come back later but a very nice young gentleman Joseua (not sure of the spelling) offered to look at it and was able to fix it in a matter of seconds! I was so embarrassed because it was just a minor paper jam but he was so friendly and professional and did not make a big deal about it. I tried to pay him but he said that was not necessary! This is customer service at its finest. Best Buy I hope you realize what a valuable employee you have there!

They won't come out to work on a laptop I was told and I am not able to get in. I'll never shop at Best Buy or call the Geek squad again.

Went for a laptop purchase. Employee asked if he can help so requested da specific laptop and he said they were out of stock. He did not offer a different brand, did not provide any knowledge on the product or reference similar like kind. I was surprised by the service we were getting. I then seen the same model different color. Went to ask him for it but he was talking w another customer. I stood there for a few minutes respecting the other customer. He just kept talking about camping and unrelated work stuff. After a few more moments I went to ask another employee to help who was in the repair dept. since that first sales person was the only one who was on the floor in that area. He hesitated at first he wasn't on the floor. He seen us waiting so came and helped us. And bam! Made a sale! Gave 2 stars for the guy in the repair center. Should have had names but I seen some pretty bad reviews already so I'll leave it at that. Best Buy, you gotta hire new people. I'm free for the weekends!!

DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS HERE. This Best Buy sells dirty/stolen product then will turn around and make you feel like the criminal. MAKE THEM OPEN YOUR PRODUCTS AND BREAK THE SEAL. I bought AirPods here, opened the box in the parking lot and the product was obviously tampered with - we go back IN the store to exchange and THEY open the plastic wrapping, open the case and there is only one bud in there - covered in ear wax. We were scammed. The case serial number did not match the one on box/receipt. They immediately looked at us like criminals instead of people that wasted $250 on Best Buy's negligence. They'll tell you to talk to Apple - Apple can't do anything. Buy your product from the source, don't make my mistake.

Do not order a phone from Best buy. After you purchase they will have some random person call you and ask for your personal info. Claiming they have to activate your phone. But if you prefer not to give your SSN and Pin number to people over the phone then they just cancel your order. Shady business practices in a time where people will ruin your good name with the info gathered. Don't be a victim of identity theft. All the info that they asked for when I ordered was given in a professional manner in the store and it was very discreet. There was no reason to ask for it again. And certainly not over the phone when you have absolutely no way to verify their identity. Emails sent looked like phishing email with dates on the bottom from 2021. Email address heading appeared like phasing emails also.

Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received as a past Best Buy and geek squad employee People don’t quit jobs they quit managers and you can clearly see everyone here is just there for the paycheck you could probably walk the store put things in your pockets and no one would notice! And that’s just the awareness of the store.

I bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy in Surprise with the assurance of price matching. The washer and dryer were ordered, delivered and set up and everything was satisfactory. Yesterday, at Best Buy's request, I wrote a review in which I stated that I was very happy with my purchase, delivery and set up from Best Buy and as far as I was concerned the only reason to shop elsewhere was for a better price, so why buy anywhere else since Best Buy has a price match guarantee? Then today I received an ad from Costco and the exact same washer and dryer are advertised for $300.00 less. So I called Best Buy and they said that they would match the price. But when they asked for details, the individual price for the washer and for the dryer, I told the Best Buy representative that Costco was selling them as a set for $1,499.99. I paid Best Buy $899.99 each for the washer and dryer, total price $1,799.98. That is when the Best Buy representative told me that they would not match the price because Costco was selling the washer and dryer as a package! Imagine that! Costco sells a washer and dryer together, the same way I bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy! But because I could buy them together as a set from Costco Best Buy refused to match the price. Really Best Buy? Because people buy a washer and dryer together, just as I did from you, twice in the last three years, you use that as an excuse not to honor your price match guarantee? Well I guess that I need to change my review that I wrote about Best Buy, from "why buy anywhere else". Now I would have to ask why would anyone buy from Best Buy unless price was the only consideration. You may have another reason. In light of this I don't! I asked the salesman at the time of purchase if Best Buy would match the price if it became available elsewhere at a lower price. He said that Best Buy would match the price. He never said that because I bought the two items together that Best Buy would use that as an excuse to not honor their price match pledge. Lesson Learned!
