When I decided on Genesis for my car tint, I called them to inquire about their services . They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me all my options and pricing and when I asked if I could come in same day they quickly checked and got me in . Once there the staff was great matched my front tint with the factory tint on the back and said it would take an hour to hour and a half but I was out of there in about 30 mins maybe 40 at most . Loved their work and will be back .

I wanted to Love this place. Was referred by a friend and the stellar reviews. I scheduled an appointment for a window tint for my husband's truck as a Christmas present 1 month in advance. We came in as the first appointment, went over all the options and decided to go with ceramic upgrade on all windows including windshield as we were demonstrated on the power of heat reduction it would provide. We opted to stay and wait in the lobby. Fast forward 1 hour and a 1/2 later, and 3 quarters of the way completed, we were told they could not tint the windshield because of the roof rack installed, and the wiring harnesses that is ran down the windshield which they said would require an up charge to remove the adhesive in order to accommodate the tint but they didn't have enough time to do it That day and would be an additional $150 . Had that been relayed to us in advance when they saw the vehicle out front, or when they drove it in the back or even when they began work, we probably wouldn't of paid for the upgraded ceramic tint if the windshield could not be done. I just do not understand why the technicians nor the service staff didn't stop in advance to go over these issues prior to starting and pulling the vehicle in the back. I Nicely asked for the manager to reach out to me to discuss this as I feel we were lesson to be learned, but no follow-up has been made since that day, which is quite disappointing

This place is amazing! This is our third time back, and I felt I had to write a review! We've had three vehicles wrapped, and this time for birthday gift. We wanted to get our name on our sons jeep. High-quality work at a fraction of the cost extremely valuable, Josh and his team did fabulous. Thank you guys! I think my son will love it.

Service, quality and value is definitely everything Genesis Window Tinting offers. I drove from the Bay Area after a recommendation from my best friend who found this hidden gem for all of our families car tinting needs. Sid was responsible and helpful. Everyone I came in contact with from two different front desk person Imani and another nice lady when I picked up the car was kinda, courteous and helpful. I also met Joshua who worked on my car. They updated me every step of the way on time and were very attentive and helpful. The business was so clean and peaceful. Although it's a car tinting place I felt so zen from the minute I walked in as if I can do yoga around the cars lol. They never try to sell you anything just there to answer any questions you might have. Thank you for the quality services you provide!

Was in the market to have pur new vehicles front windshield tinted clear, since my kid was going to be in Phoenix for a little while. Esmy helped me with my options, and we ended up selecting the best clear film. Scheduling was a breeze. I got a follow-up to confirm. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Esmy noticed that my front two windows looked off and suggested I look into is, as they might be able to warranty the work. Unfortunately, I didn't have the information on the warranty, but it was refreshing that they even offered. Was very happy with the end result, I will definitely be back. If you are considering tint, look no further, Genesis is truly your best option.

Hands down the best place to get your window tint applied to your vehicle. It's cool how inside the lobby of the business they have a storefront window where you can see what's going on in the shop. You can see that they are well staffed, and have everything they need in their shop to do things right. The person who works the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable, and makes the process simple and easy for anyone to understand. We took both of our vehicles to Genesis for window tint, and we'll continue to use them for all of our future vehicles.

Had all my windows and sunroof tinted in my Bolt EUV. Everything was straight forward and went perfect, very happy with the outcome and the product used. I had quotes for more and for less from other places so I feel I got a fair price plus the service and end result was worth it. Tint has been on for many months now throughout summer and is flawless.

Really excellent and smooth process getting a clear coating on my headlights. They did my fog lights as a complimentary service which I really appreciated. My parents and I are returning customers for years and would refer anyone to them.
