I paid $17 for a 3 minute haircut. The gal was covered in tattoos and had zero personality. The checkout process defaults to an 18 percent tip unless you select Custom. What a racket. I'll never go back. 🤮 🤮🤮🤮

Came in for a haircut. No one greeted me. After waiting a minute, someone finally acknowledged me to ask if I checked in online. I replied no. Rather than at that point checking me in to get me on the waitlist, he just continued cutting hair, leaving me standing there. I just left.
