Happens that Jenifer did our taxes last year so it was a very nice surprise to see her again. She is a very professional and pleasant lady. We will be looking forward to using Jackson Hewitt again this next year.I also will be recommending anyone looking for a tax firm to give you a try.

Jennifer webber in Surprise/Elmirage has prepared my taxes twice. I have always gotten a nice refund back quickly without the rapid refund. I do wish I was able to get the yearly coupon discount. It wasn't available this year. I'm a returning costumer. Every penny counts when trying to save. Thank you Jennifer! Your the best. You have my business

I give 5* for the Tax Rep who did my taxes! She was A delight as always and very professional. I have been coming to JH for many years and The price of you’re services continues to be OUTRAGEOUS! The only reason I continue to do business with you’re organization, is because of this Representative. If it not for them, I’d give you A 1*. I am however considering taking my business elsewhere. Between Covid, Lay-offs and the economy, you should be ashamed of what you are becoming. Never in my LIFE! Have I ever needed to pay over $500 to complete my taxes. I enjoy there time and assistance but it may not be enough for next year.
