Mariel Lebet saved me hundreds of dollars a month on my car and home insurance, with better coverage than I had. I highly recommend working with her, I have a poor understanding in policies and coverages. Mariel Lebet was able to walk me through all of the different offerings and help me decide which policy was the best for me. I can not thank her enough! I’ve been with Jerome office for over 5 years, and I can’t recommend them enough. Mariel is hands down one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things clearly. She makes everything so easy and stress-free, which I really appreciate.
Samantha is also amazing - she’s not only super nice but also incredibly helpful and patient. No matter how many questions I have, she always takes the time to answer them with a smile.
What really made me stick with this office, aside from the remarkable customer service, is their competitive pricing. I called around to compare rates for both my car and homeowners insurance, and they gave me the best deal without sacrificing coverage.

Thank you for all your hard work! My son was buying a car and I needed Insurance quotes. Mariel must have run 12 different quotes on cars I sent her and she is always so kind and on point. She gave us great coverage recommendations and always gets back to me right away. Nothing bad to say about Jerome or Mariel. Actually I think this is the first positive insurance experiences I’ve had of all the companies I’ve been with over the years, thank you!!
