No salespeople offered to help. I was looking for shoes; it was hard to find what I was looking for on the shelves. One pair on display had no ID on it to determine which boxes had the model I was looking for.

Completely wasted my time. The pricing is super shady. They have the digital signage showing buy 2 get 1 half price but for the life of me you can't find the regular price. So, in my example, I tried on some Levi's and still couldn't find a price, so I decided to just take them to check out. This process was quick enough, and the lady was super friendly. Then came the answer I was looking for. $60 for the jeans that cost $24.99 on Amazon. I try really hard to shop local, but when stores can't get out of their own way, I refuse to support them. Deceptive pricing and wasting my time is a deal breaker.

Cashier was extremely rude can't wait to get her name gonna find out and call higher up you can tell she's just always rude she definitely wasn't having a bad day!!! Will not shop here anymore and my family and friends said they will avoid this khols!! Whoever reads this from kohls yall see all the bad reviews about managers and cashiers yall should send a corporate secret shopper to see how poorly surprise store on bell is being ran
