Waiting room is overcrowded. They have people standing g and sitting on the floor. They ate slow at drawing blood. It seems that they only have 1 female doing that job. In Michigan, it's an in and out. Doesn't take long to draw blood. Reminds me of a third world country clinic. All they need is someone with a goat in the waiting room

No one ever wants to get blood worked on, but I came into this location and the front desk. Lady was so kind and inviting and professional and Corina who Drew my blood was amazing. I didn’t even fill her and let me tell you that is talent. Thank you all for being so great.

Everyone is nice. We drive 30 minutes to get there and our family is happy to do it. They are all good at what they do. You will get in and out fast and it will hurt at all. Thank you!

I did not have an appointment. Arrived here at 6:55am. There was about 10 people in front of me. Staff opened the door right at 7 and got us all checked in quickly. I was back in my car headed home by 7:15am. No complaints.

Absolutely the best lab I have been to in this area. Corina and Hallie were so nice to deal with. I am partially handicapped using walker and oxygen. Corina helped me sign in and noticed a code used by my doctor's office would incure a charge over 300.00 would need to be paid by me. She was able to have it corrected by literally going up to their office for me. All this was done so quickly while I was able to comfortably wait in one of the cleanest waiting rooms I have been too. All the time smiles on their faces and Hallie was so gentle drawing my blood. So happy to have found them and certainly will use them for all my upcoming lab tests.

I have frequently been this LabCorp location and have found their service to be excellent! Today, Corina and Kallie helped me with smiles on their faces!! Certain times of the day there is no waiting, so consider coming later in the day. I find the personnel friendly and attentive! Thanks for a great experience!

The best lab experiences. I walked in, checked in for my 12:30 appointment and was seen within 3 minutes. Everything was completed and back in my car at 12:40!! Thank you for making it simple, quick and easy!!

Kim has a super poor attitude when it comes to patient care and patience. Very disappointed considering I’m a transplant who gets labs 3 times a week , a little more kindness goes a long way .

Was told by my Dr. to just drop off a specimen at Lab Corp in Sun City west. I thought drop off meant drop off. Stood at reception desk for over ten minutes waiting for someone to appear. A woman finally appeared and asked if I had registered. I said I was only making a drop off. She said you still have to register and directed me to a machine. I spent another ten minutes trying to get it to enter all the information it was asking for. (It should be noted, I am old, I don't deal with computers well, and I have difficulty standing for more than a very few minutes). Anyway, I gave up and left with the specimen still in hand rather than wait for the receptionist to reappear.

Worse service ever. Do not go to this location. They always misplace your lab request sent from your doctor's office.

The staff was very polite. However, I waited over 30 minutes to get my testing done, making me late getting back to work. They claimed they were short-staffed. Labcorp's failure to plan ahead should not create an issue for their patients. They failed to provide enough instruction about pre-testing for one of my tests, and that I was not supposed to have any water to drink for at least an hour prior to my test. As a result, they wanted me to wait even longer to get the test done, and I declined getting that test done. I will not go back to this facility again.

I tried to call them each day for two weeks. It was impossible to get anyone to answer. I checked the frequently asked questions on their website and tried to make an appointment, but I needed to wait until November, which I could not do. The question and answer wasDo I need an appointment, or can I walk in for testing at a Labcorp location?While appointments are encouraged, they are not required. Walk-ins are welcome. Go to your nearest Labcorp location at your convenience.I went without our appointment, and there was a negative attitude toward us. The phlebotomist let me wait and let people go first before me, who came after with an appointment for a later time. Very rude and unprofessional. She kept saying we needed an appointment but would not listen to what I was trying to say. Lab Corp and staff need to get together and make up their mind. We do not need this negative attitude and sour situation to get lab work. All this was completely unnecessary.Being kind does not cost anything.
