This is a great Euro shop! Instead of bringing my mk7.5 golf r to the dealer for those inflated prices London Auto took care of me and my car on a few occasions! I knew they did good work after finding dozens of people recommend them for anyone on the west side.

Bought an Audi 2 months ago and have taken it into 2 places that told me I needed 2k worth repairs for control arms and shocks. London AW repaired the control arm bushings instead, changed oil and fixed rear brakes for 500 less than anyone else was quoting. So they saved me money and identified a tire issue that had developed and explained the importance of all new tires on my A4 Quattro. Learning new things about this car all the time and want to take care of it. London AW is where I will be taking it from now on and if you drive and Audi or VW you should too. After the repairs and new tires it drives like a brand new car. Couldn't be happier with everything.

My daughters Rabbit had been sitting for over three years with an unknown problem. I had the Rabbit towed to London Auto Werks so they could diagnose the problem. Oh boy, was there problems. Some rodents made it their home for a bit and they used the electrical wiring as chew toys. There was multiple problems with the vehicle and Jenn was upfront and empathetic to all the issues. They got the Rabbit running, ran it over to emissions (which it passed) and called me for follow up after I took possession of the Rabbit. My experience with them was great and I would highly recommend London Auto Werks.

I’m out in Yuma, my 17 gti went into limp mode, decided it was best to load up the car on a uhaul auto transport and take it to Jason. I had notice this place from Facebook activity from Jason, he gives feedback in VW groups and also people recommended this location. They took care of me, my car did have previous damage, and they were up for it. Will be headed back for maintenance in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Jason is very knowledgeable, fair, and helpful. My check engine light came on after I arrived in PHX, 6hrs from home. Jason squeezed me in on a Friday morning when no one else would. He explained the problem in simple terms and applied a fix that enabled me to drive home. He even offered his services by phone if something happened on the road. If I lived in PHX I would have let him repair the turbo correctly. I highly recommend London Auto Werks for your auto repair needs.
