I was going to go to Lowe's today to buy a new washer and dryer but after reading all the many terrible reviews about their really bad customer service especially about their manager you can forget it. I would never drop over a thousand dollars when a store has that many reviews relating to the same thing. I will never step foot in any Lowes ever! Thanks for the Warnings!!!

Went to Surprise store to purchase a fridge. The fridge was listed on their website as available and in the color we wanted (one of the listed colors in the ad). Appliance dept employee said they checked three places to verify that it is available and was told we would have it by 1/28/25. Today we received an email saying we MAY get it by 3/21/25. Also claimed the color we wanted is a special order, though it’s one of the colors shown in the ad. Nowhere in the ad does it say which color is standard and which are “special order”….very misleading and convenient excuse. Believe nothing, trust nothing if you are relying on their ads.sales first….service…not so much. They will pass the blame along. If they can’t get it, don’t sell it.

Great Lowes. What stuck out to me most was the well-stocked variety of plants: cacti, flowers, bushes, and trees. And the Sound of Freedom, from the F-16s and F-35s from nearby Luke Air Force Base. 🇺🇸

The return staff is really rude to me and my wife. We tried to retired some Christmas items she was didn't want to hear anything from us and there was no signed Post-It, near them saying that all purchase are final the representative was very disrespectful in the sense that it's posted on the wall in the customer service area who looks at the wall when buying something like that.out in the store. We may just go to Home Depot for now on.. bs Low's

Over 40k spent at the surprise Az Lowe’s and we just got a new washer dryer Maytag’s smart also got the extended 5 year warranty to this washer makes a ton of noise when in use it’s only been 60 days since they installed it. But 30 days is all the store does and your stuck dealing with manufacturer until 1year after that and then your service kicks in . So that 350$ extra doesn’t seem worth it, . 60 days in and store basically said go fly a kite can’t help you and was basically rude like they didn’t give 2 Sh****, He said Call the manufacturer, they don’t even help you set it up they didn’t even offer a phone number to the manufacturer, rude as all. Over 40k we spent on this house in last few years there. I will not buy a single thing not a single thing from Lowe’s ever again, I will go through the manufacturer or Another place. 30 days is insane.
