Service was generally great. Only disappointment was sale associate did not show me the mattress availability until after I found them looking in line. Lucky I don’t hold a grudge. Delivery was prompt and easily taken to the room in a care facility. Ultimately very satisfied with performance and hopefully the product.

Walked in was greeted by Matthew and other female associate. He demonstrated active listening as I discussed the issues I was having with my 5 yr old mattress firmbed. He looked up the beds we purchased and realized the we were in a plush bed when we actually needed a firm or medium firm bed. He educated us on the beautyrest, temperpedic, purple etc and back to the beautyrest which is the one we like. He explained our finance options etc. Most of all he and his team were friendly , knowlegeable,, and patient and let us know we had 5 mos to decided if we liked it. Purchased it and felt good about our purchase.

We called Mattress Firm at the Surprise Town Center to see if they had the type of mattress we needed. Jessica assured us that she could help us so we visited the store and were greeted by her friendly, welcoming smile. We explained our needs in a mattress and tried out one that was just perfect. After finding a mattress cover and deep pocket sheets, our purchase was complete. With free shipping and delivery scheduled within a week, this is one happy shopper! Thank you, Jessica!
