Not good! A simple oil change and rotation of tires added air pressure to the tires was not completed. Hesitate the car back the next day and have the tires filled with air. It’s a big pain in the ass as my wife was leaving on a trip at 9 AM.

Do not go to Meineke at all. You cannot trust them. Even if they say a service is recommended, the service also may not be necessary. So why even recommend a service if it’s not necessary. I just can’t believe how dishonest people are willing to be. The lack of integrity is unbelievable! We are not in a world where you can’t trust anyone and people will be dishonest just to make a buck. In this case over $700! I’m being very kind when I say I’m utterly disappointed.

I called and scheduled an oil change and they told me it’d be about $75. I saw online there was a groupon but it didn’t qualify for that store, I asked if there were any other deals they could offer. I’m then told there are none and the guy proceeds to try to sell me on a package of 5 oil changes after repeatedly saying I’m not from the area. I go back to my car to grab my bag and then upon coming back in the guy asks me to swipe my card. Only after did I realize it was $95 and not once did he explain the charge. I step outside and proceed to find multiple coupons the store was offering for the service I had requested. I go back inside and ask for a refund and that I’ll be going elsewhere. This man with a mohawk flips the screen and shows me he cancelled and processed a refund. It’s been almost a month and I’ve yet to get my refund… Not only horribly customer service, they also can’t process a refund for a service I never got. Avoid this place, they just want to upsell you to get money in their own pockets.

Greetings! My husband and I were scheduled for a Lyft vehicle inspection, by Dave. We provided Dave the details of the vehicle and the vehicle inspection needs. Unfortunately, after meeting in person, Dave declined to provide us with services, due to having a company vehicle logo. After explaining to Dave the vehicle logo does not disqualify us from obtaining a Lyft inspection nor prevents us from being drivers on the app, he said the policy is subjective, meaning it's just his preference. He said Lyft will have to contact him directly to explain the information being provided. I offered to bring in the Lyft support literature for his review/reference and he declined. No further efforts nor support were given.

Just got an oil change and have been going there since 2019. That seems to be okay. BUT the last 3 times I have been in they have had grease all over the inside of my car. It has now stained it. No excuse in that. For that reason I will not go back. I have to go back and get them to clean it up every time. For that reason I question how good an oil change I am getting. I didn’t take photos. Wish I had.

Very disappointing experience. Our car broke down and was brought to this company by our insurance, and I can assure you I will never allow that again. Every person we spoke to gave us different issues that needed to be fixed, and charged us thousands of dollars for repairs that didn't even fix our vehicles issues. I will admit they technically got it running again, but when we brought it back in a week later to let them know if there were any issues with their repairs, all of the sudden there was at least $1100 worth of work they just happened find that needed to be addressed, and that didn't even address the issues we needed to pass emissions. The staff when we brought it back was ridiculously rude blaring tik tok and interrupting my wife as she was trying to express her concerns to the staff was terrible. One of the worst experiences I have had with a mechanic.
