I was lucky to go in to this store!! I got service from the manager this was no ordinary manager this guy went above beyond over back and forth across the highway 10 times and made sure I was happy and gave me more upgrades and upgrades were ever thought of this guy knows his business knows his stuff if you deal with this phone company I suggest you get in to see him and tell them that Max sent you his name is Mohammad Mohammad thanks again you are what customer service is all about my brother I hope you get a promotion and run the whole company Muhammad I will be back on Monday or Tuesday for the rest of my package thank you very much you're the best customer service I've had in my whole life.

I got a on a deal Samsung there,but I knew the sales guy was just trying to push a deal on me, but I was in a pinch and needed a phone. The guy lied and said it would be $50 a month and they'd never raise it, but my monthly bill turns out to be $65 and said No contracts and I can cancel at anytime, but the network is locked on my phone for 180 days

Bought a Revvl 6 5G September 1st and it turns on & off by itself, volume works when it wants. Takes hours to charge. Metro employee said I have to file a claim with assurant and pay my deductible for a new phone. Idk why they sell you a broken phone and then you have to pay again to get a new one. Google won’t let me upload a video so I’m unable to show my NEW phone glitching.

I Just Recently Went to This Store with A Cell Phone I was having problems with , I was Helped by a Girl or Lady should I say;) Named " Angela "and She helped me switch my phone and solved the issue , She Was Very Very patient and Polite she Executed the issue I had , I truly appreciate her and her work ethic and attention to helping me solve my matter as well as the Patience she exercises while working so much so that I had to write a review to share my Good and Satisfied Customer Service Experience with her and that Store in particular.,I Strongly Recommend visiting there for any issues or purchases that you have or want to make ! DO NOT BUY SERVICE if you live in the area!! You will be wasting your time and money. I never have good service I live right near the store and I call and ask what’s the issue and she’s like“oh yeah we have the same problem our WiFi goes out and we have bad service.. we already complained.”Like are you serious. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SELL WHAT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE!! This store is literally just there to take money and give no service.I feel like I’m taking crazy pills.

I have such a love/hate relationship with T-Mobile and my recent experience at this store only perpetuated that. I ordered my new phone online after calling this T-Mobile store and others in the area and learning they were pretty much all sold out of iPhone 13 Pro models. My new phone came quickly in the mail, however, without any direction on how to set it up or how to trade in my existing iPhone 11. That day, I brought my 13 Pro and my 11 to this store in hopes of getting some assistance with trading my 11 and setting up my 13 Pro. Well, I kind of got what I needed. They set up my 13 Pro and printed off a shipping label and told me to take my 11 to the UPS Store to finish the job. What a pain, especially around the holidays.

I wanted to write a great review. After leaving the store yesterday, I felt good about the service (Cynthia) . I was nervous since I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I thought everything was set when I left the store. Fast forward two hours after leaving the store and I was not receiving phone calls, texts. I called the store and they said everything appeared ok with porting over my number. They recommended I call customer care so I did. After waiting 1.5 hours for a call back from customer care, she again said it appeared the number was ported over because I was now receiving phone calls with that number. Well I set everything up on my phone with my apps etc. and the next day, I was receiving phone calls and I-messages so I seemed to fine. Then I sent some texts to a friend that uses an Android phone and did not receive any response. Called him and he said he received my text but I was not receiving his texts. I called Verizon to verify that my phone number was ported over and that they had been contacted and my account closed. Guess what, according to Verizon my phone was not ported over so now I have to call T-Mobil again. I have waiting two hours now for a call back. I am not even sure that is the issue with receiving sms texts from non T-Mobile carriers but I am assuming that is the issue. I tested SMS texts to/from a another T-Mobile account and received those fine so only non T-Mobile carriers. Hoping the issue is just that they did not properly port over my number. This is very frustrating.

This T-Mobile store is full of managers and employees that lie and scam every customer that walks in the door. They will tell you lies and will not tell you the truth but you'll find out when you get your bill. This store and their management has a shameful lack of integrity in their business dealings with the public. BUYER BEWARE!!! The police had to come to remove a customer that had come back in after finding out he was lied to and received his bill. He was rightfully pissed off and these punk kids don't think anything of ripping off the retired folks in our community.
