The customer service at this location is terrible. Twice in 1 month I have placed an order for curbside pickup. The first time i waited almost 40min for my order to come out. The second time i waited 35min and just went in. There is no one in the store and the clerk was standing there on her phone. I was livid!! I have a special needs child with panic disorder with me all the time and it is very difficult getting them out of their safety system to go into a store. Why offer curbside pickup if you're not going to bring orders out??

Was checking out no registers open they want you to use self check out. They usually always have one open this time not a lady had a return that was before me. She told someone so the lady that was talking to two other associates came over to help her I stood there because I did not want to self check out. Someone else came behind me and said you can self check out. I needed a coupon. She handed me a coupon and told me to use self scan in the middle of the order, it froze I stood there with no help for about five minutes until I could flag someone down. They came help it to me and had to restart the. self scan I thought she was going to do it because I had literally just and all of my stuff she told me to do it and walked away the second time I'm scanning my stuff I was paying cash by this time lines were long cannot find anyone to help me finally someone walked up and was looking for something. I think she was a manager told her what happened. She said they don't take cash. I said I know that I was told to use it said I had to go to regular line said, how do I do that, wait in long line again she told me cut the person I said so now I have to wait again. & scan all items 3 times she said yes I walked out she was rude nobody wants to help you they would rather you use self scan I guess this is why everyone goes to hobby lobby never again will I go back

I normally love this Michael's the workers are normally nice and very helpful but today I had place a pickup order and to my surprise it was marked completed so early! I I know it's Sunday and businesses open a little later but The store hours are 10-6 today but curbside was 9-5 showed which was weird because I thought the store wasn't open why would they bring me the order and they aren't open. Anyway I was already out running errands so I stopped there and legit waited until the 9am mark so I could say I was at curbside. When 9:01 hit it reloaded and asked if I was there and what spot. Not very long after a gentleman come out of the store, shoves the order at me and says "in the future we don't open until 10 it says it on the door" and starts to walk away from my car I then said "oh I'm sorry I never walked up to the door since it was curbside and both messages you guys send about my order says 9 you should fix it " "Like I said we open at 10" I truly hope this man has a better day because he is gonna push something at the wrong person and get a rude awaking. I work customer service and understand what it entails, being rude isn't in the job description and there's a better way to share information so that you hopefully don't get a negative response back from a client. Next time I will actually save the money and just order from Amazon instead of supporting in store businesses.

I have over 15,000 photos on my phone which is going on 4 years old. Sometimes when I go places my phone battery gets chewed up in less than an hour before I can get a photo at an event, meal or adventure. Even when all apps are turned off. It is heartbreaking if I don't have another adult with me who has a phone to cover me. Getting 2 new phones this year. One for me and another strictly for photos. First I have to think of something to do to preserve all of the precious memories for our girls. We have CDs which have lost photos. My husband has a Go-Pro which has had issues we found caused by the SD Card and I am not willing to trust a travel drive alone. A blank external storage drive has no organizational software on it, but I do back up everything in there. I don't trust it forever. I found these photo boxes! They are usually over $40 a piece and Michael's has them on sale for 59% off! They have them $2 less at another hobby store but the quality isn't as good. I figured I could store them in here for the girls and they will be in chronological order. If it doesn't work out I have 60 days to return with a receipt. It's been 6 year! Time to get on the ball and print!

I went to this Michael's store today with my daughter to shop for her wedding reception celebration. Marco and Destanie were really helped us out with items for a special project. Michael's is always such a fun store. The check out process was very quick, and they always have great coupons

If the cashiers would spend MORE time paying attention to checking customers out and LESS time trying to convince people to self check out, it'd go much faster! Geez, at least TRY to do the job.

I went into the store to have a piece of plexi glass cut and the male manager did cut it for me even though there was no one in the framing dept but explained I needed to order the next 2 pieces I needed in advance so they could have more time. I called today to have them cut the plexi glass so I could pick it up tomorrow. Now I am being told I MUST come into the store to place the order they will not do it over the phone and I have to pay for it before they will place the order but they will not take my payment info over the phone. So now I have to make 2 trips into the store for a simple order. I explained to the female manager I work and its hard to get there before they close. She was NO HELP. Now I have to figure out a way to get there 2 days in a row. I explained this was for a volunteer project for Veterans and she did not care at all. I wont be back in this store ever.

I checked prices on Amazon, Cheap Joe's and Micheal's for supplies I need for a water color class. Micheal's prices were at least 25% higher even with the 20% off codes and buy one get one for 50% off. I don't know how you stay in business!

This review might have been rated higher if there had been more staff available on the floor. I know with the current situation this is somewhat out of control of the store. I looked a couple times for someone to help me with supplies for a project. I'll probably end up returning some of my purchases because of missing items. The person at the register was great. She helped me get a store customer number to save money and she had a pleasant attitude both times I had to come through the line.

buy some chrismas bulbs. go to put them u no hooks. what a bunch of bull. why they did not have a sign that hooks seprate is beyond me. corprate. all about money. what a joke.

Customer service is lacking! And the store is not very well stocked. The salesperson said that the embroidery dept keeps getting smaller. She asked me three times if I tried to go online to get help for what I needed. I was asking for advice and she again referred me to online. She proceeded to just walk away from me. It is no wonder these companies are being taken over by Amazon!
