I lease suite #101 in surprise.
after few years leasing here, gotta say was a little challenging, company was keep switching management constantly so when a issue comes in was difficult to address and resolve this successfully or on time matter.
I was actually thinking on moving once my lease ended on this year.
Hope the Company consider this review helpful.
Once Manager SIERA TEFFT come into Surprise Suites, Gosh maked me rethinking about leaving. I Had some issues at my suite and some other small issues from past that unfortunately weren't resolved and she was so persistent about until got fixed, so easily
Siera Tefft has the multitasking availability and understanding towards what's actually important for Us as small businesses owners needs. Now I definitely Staying because having SIERA TEFFT on Management charge makes a HUGE difference for the company and she definitely represents the company as should be. Thank You Mattison Suites for giving us SIERA TEFFT as management.
She's amazing and a rockstar on her Position. she makes the company definitely looks serious and responsible.

Mattison Salon Suites has been a game-changer for me. The suite is fantastic, and the atmosphere and community are top-notch. The management is excellent, and I thoroughly enjoy renting here. If you're thinking about leasing, I highly recommend Mattison Salon Suites as your new home.

Pretty Little Lies is my new favorite place for all things facial-botox, filler, etc. I have also been having my hair done with Karrie at Shine Revelation for years. Other services are available as each provider has their own mini shop in this building.
