I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from this office. I did bloodwork in November and never heard anything back, so I assumed everything was fine. However, in February, I received a call to discuss the results, only to learn that my results were concerning and low and urgent action was needed. I was told to schedule an ultrasound, which I did right away. Now, it’s April, and I still haven’t heard a thing from them. After the ultrasound office told me they would have the results in 2 days. The lack of follow-up and the silence after all of this is unacceptable. Clear and timely communication is critical, and this office has failed in that regard. I would not recommend them if you're seeking attentive care.
Save your time go somewhere else please!

Beware! The Worst Patient "Care"; They Don't Care, in the least.
They do not answer their phone when you call; they suggest the best way to reach them is by text. What if you don't know how to send a text? If you need a prescription refilled, the office wall clearly states, "Please allow 7 days to process your request," or words to that effect.
Then, because their Billing Department submitted the Wrong Code for my appointment to my healthcare provider, who in turn denied the claim, I was bombarded with Letters, Texts, automated Voicemails, and eventually a threat stating that unless I paid this bill, it would be sent to Collections.
I have records of all the calls I tried to make that went unanswered, all the texts I sent, all the texts they sent me, and at least one voicemail from them to me.
The Bill is for $25.00, a copay I shouldn't have charged in the first place. I am writing this review to spare anyone else from going through this. I will update this review if and when future actions dictate it.

Leaving 2 stars for Dr Greatwood. Have been going to her for almost 5 years. Loved going to the office until recently. I called to get a renewal on my prescription but they wouldn’t renew until I got in to see her. Perfectly fine but my prescription runs out in two days and the only appointment they have was a day and time I could not go. I will go through withdraws if I don’t receive my medication. I need something and would have appreciated a little bit of notice and flexibility. Maybe call in a few to get me through until appointment!? The staff was VERY RUDE and not accommodating at all. They just wanted to argue. Something I wasn’t used to before. I will not go back because of the staff. Sad that the staff has authority to treat the patients like they did. Will move on to an office where patient gets treated nicely from entering door to leaving door.

I have been going to Dr Greatwood for 2 or 3 years now. I adore her! She is the best Dr. she is so thorough and caring. I feel she honestly cares about my health. I trust her 100%. Then Lauren at the front desk is absolutely wonderful! She is very good at her job. I can always count on her booking my next appointment, or any questions I may have I can call her. She is such a sweetheart and always takes good care of me.

Dr Cook is especially good about explaining in detail. When I fully understand my options, I find my outcome is much better. My questions and concerns are important to him.

The staff and Dr. Greatwood were very nice and helpful. Doctor listened to my daughter’s concerns and had her get her bloodwork today. I already received a call from the pharmacy that her medication has been filled and ready for pick up. All in all excellent service.

My visit with Dr. Jensen was great. Dr.Jensen and his staff were fast, efficient, thorough and compassionate. Changing network's has been the best move I could have made for my healthcare.

First time going to this facility and from the lady up front to the overall care and communication I really enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff and the physician I saw..They were highly recommended by fiance and now I see why..Thank you CareFirst!!!!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Aaron is a wonderful person who takes care of his patients very professionally, kind. He provided all the information and medication we needed to help my mother to feel better. He is awesome, thank you Dr. Aaron and God always bless you.
