Unfortunately pretty awful customer service at the print area. What I was told over the phone was incorrect when I got there. Once I got there I asked a few more questions to try to figure out what I was doing. I asked for full service and was told only self service was available. I told them I did not know what I was doing that I need some extra help. There were three of them behind the counter and not one person would assist me. I told them since I was unable to figure out what I was doing I was going to have to leave and go elsewhere. None of the three of them said a word. So I left.

Rude person at copy center, she was also training someone.. horrible customer service.. watched her with others.. same disrespectful behavior.. being a paying guest with a simple transaction, felt she didn't want to help as she kept saying she was extremely busy.. No gold Stars for Office Max!! :( :( :(

Nice selection of office equipment. Was able to find a desk that fit our need. Had it in stock and was easy to put together.

Website says come in to get your business cards but you come in and they say the opposite Wtf Waste of time and that particular person wasn't looking like she wanted to do anything that she couldn't reach with her arms Why I even thought it would be what they state is my fault

Bad customer service... I told the lady in the printing department that the printer wasn't printing correctly (faded color). She refused to help because I didn't have a picture of what it was supposed to look like

There's nothing very exciting (at least not for me) about an office supply store. However, when you don't want to endlessly search the general stores (often to no avail) for the right size card stock, tape, or plastic sleeves, you just can't beat this place. They greet you as soon as you are in the door and if you tell them what you are looking for they immediately tell you which aisle, what side, and what location. They have everything office-related, Iit's fast and efficient and they are always quite helpful.

Hi I went to your store in Surprise, Arizona about a week ago to buy a desk upon arrival your store did not have many desk in stock, so we were told we can order online and it would be delivered on 4/22/2020, I was told someone would call to discuss times since no one called by Monday I called when I got ahold of someone they told me my desk was in back order, because of this I decided to go to the store again to pick one up and cancel my old order I was told she couldn't do it at the store that I would have to call them and since they were closed I had to wait til the next day I said fine I'll pay for this one and cancel that one....somehow the desk still came to my house when I expected it too at this point I already had another desk so I took it back to the store when I arrived I go in the store they tell me they have a new policy that they would accept ANY returns before May 5th now I'm pissed because I was never told this and now I'm stuck with 2 desks one of which I don't need....the manager comes out to repeat what her employee said I told her you told me if I wanted it I would have to buy it now and then cancel the order she made the transaction hard enough as it was then she does this?!?!? Your policy is unacceptable for people who are only buying a desk and never opening it then the manager calls the police on me because I called the policy b******* at that point I was so pissed off I was about to wait till they got there but then I decided to tell her they have more important things to deal with than a policy argument so I waited til she was on the phone before I left this is highly disrespectful and a disgrace of customer service!!!! If I EVER treated a customer that way I would have been fired! I'm so sick of companies treating customers badly and using Covid-19 as an excuse!!!

If you want to be disappointed this is the place to go. I brought my business labels here for several years and was familiar with their quality layout etc. This time they decided to print my labels but no longer cut them to size. Staples would never leave an existing customer in the lurch like that. I had to hire two laborer's to come in and help me hand cut all of them.

More school shopping yay lol. After being out most of the day I wasn't too excited about going back out in the heat for things forgotten, but school starts the next day so we had to get it done. The store was very busy with fellow last minute shoppers, but I was pleased to see so many items still available where other stores were almost completely out. Another good sight was all the e tea employees not only managing the counter, but the sales floor. We asked an employee for help finding what we needed and he even took the time to walk us directly to where it was. There was a line st check out and it moved quickly. All in all pretty near perfect experience .

John at this location is a cocky incompetent worker who belittles customers. He was so condescending to my 83 year old grandma making her feel bad and completely stupid. He told her he felt sorry for her because she didn't wanted to ask for my advise on what to do. He also tried to charge her $150 saying she had a Trojan on her computer when it turned out she did not. Thankfully she took the advise of me and my IT guy and not pay this amount to fix a problem that didn't even exist. Thankfully we were able to get the problem completely resolved no thanks to John!!!! This guy should be fired or at least demoted. I will never ever shop at this location ever again. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

We got invitations printed out and needed some corrections in a very short time. Although Katie was very busy and the only one working, she was patient and prompt. She did excellent work. She should be a very highly valued employee. Thank you, Katie

Their return policy is quite out-dated. Clerk said he tried to help me through their system but could not pull it up. Only a 14 day window for returns and I lived out of town and know I couldn't get back to store with receipt. This clerk never offered to ask a manager to help until I insisted on it. Then she came and made my return happen. Finally! Then left the store and realized they had not given me back my credit card. It was still sitting in the processing machine!!! Someone could have walked away with it. OMG. What a LOUSY staff they have here!!!

good lordy wardy this place is on the ball. fast and friendly and katlynn (sp?) in the copy shop is coffee with the right touch of cream. damn!
