Over 7 Days Later and we're still enjoying birthday balloons (with the lasting gel additive, I don't remember what they call it). I love living so close to Party Planet of Suprrise.

I love this store. Their team members are super friendly, their prices are more than fair, and they have an amazing variety of party stuff. Also, they are one of the only retailers in the valley that care Kalisan balloons, which are my personal favorite professional balloons.

We have been here year after year as a family for celebratory balloons, decorations, and the like. It seems to be family-owned, which I love. The staff are friendly and service is quick. Great selection of balloons and party stuff. ??

I really like this store! I like the variety of items they have and they always seem well stocked! Friendly staff! And great prices! I recently was in there for Super Bowl supplies.

I have been coming here for all my birthday/party needs! But today I went in to get ballon’s filled up and was very disappointed. I had brought my own balloons in and didn’t think it would be a problem I had them fill up 12 balloons I brought…the kid said they would last 6-8 hours…also wanted a 16 balloon ….they were out of the black and blue #1 so I decided to go with silver then while filling up 12 of the balloons I brought in 3 of them popped before they could hand them to me and another 3 popped before I could get them home. They didn’t inform me they were bad quality or that if they popped my ballon’s I would have to pay for them still and that they would have been the same price to blow up if they were there balloons. They only chose to inform me of this when I went to pay my $46 total . With a very bad attitude….love to shop small business but am going to rethink coming back after this.

I always go here every year for balloons for every birthday for every grandchild! They have a great selection. Friendly staff and quick service. This year I picked up some football supplies because I'm a big Kansas City Chief fan. They had a lot to choose from

My younger brother went in today to purchase 5 red heart balloons. He was short a little over a $1.00 and the store said they would take care of it. They gave him the five balloons even though he was short. I really appreciate you guys helping my brother. Thank you for the great customer service! I’ll be sure to shop there for all my future party supplies.

Excellent customer service, there were a lot of us customers but they had someone assisting everyone leaving little to no wait time! I've gone to other "Party" stores and they see you looking, needing assistance and won't even acknowledge you. This place was fast friendly and with great selection!
