The staff are helpful and quite friendly vs other shops I have been to. They don't seem to have the turnover I have noticed at other stores, making them (in my opinion) knowledgeable in this business.

I’ve been to this pawnshop a number of times and they never fail to please! Josh, Rodney, and Dawn are very pleasant to speak to and deal with. Great prices and very helpful! They aren’t pressure sales like those at other jewelry stores or dealerships. I’m happy they are located in the heart of Surprise close to my work and home. Many thanks guys!! Just wanted to leave a quick note here and express my thanks and gratitude for this pawnshop filled with incredible staff! Dawn, Josh, and Rodney welcome me in and are super informative in the products they have. You get the best deals here. This is my first time at pawn 1st. I was really amazed at how friendly they were. I dealt with Rodney and he made me feel comfortable doing business with him. If Rodney isn't there I'm not sure who will give you that family like feeling. I would recommend pawn st to anyone that needs money quick . They are really awesome. ? ? Sherry.

Jaszy was so awesome!! I was able to get an hp laptop with an i5 core, Xbox series x, and an iPad for my brothers and sisters birthday at a crazy low price AND she offers warranties!!! She gave me a great discount and I look forward to coming back again for some Christmas shopping!!! Don’t spend your hard earned money at any other pawn shop. :)

Wow! The staff was super helpful when I had to sell some stuff yesterday for much needed cash. They were all very understanding and helped me feel better (and laugh!) during a difficult moment.
