Refused my English Bulldog for grooming due to watery eyes from allergies. They claim might be eye infection. They don't know anything! Complained to manager, he called me back and talked and talked without a valid explanation. Go to Petco or Kimber instead!

Almost always out of what I need. Prices are insane. Not to mention they don’t offer a military discount. Even 10percent is a decent discount. Usually don’t come here anymore due to all this.

Three days before Christmas and they have THREE staff! Come on! No help on the floor. Kept asking for help to be told to "hang on". Sorry 20 minutes of holding on, both times we came in to be ignored and have them go help other people!!

Always have my pets food in stock. Quick in and out. Wide range of treats and health products I need. Staff has alway been friendly and helpful. Store is less the a mile from me so it is my go to for supplies.

My fiancé brought our female Jack Russel Terrier Mija in for grooming. The groomer kept referring her as a “he” even when my fiancé picked her up. The name Mija “my daughter”? To the groomer: it’s Beyond ridiculous that you don’t know the difference between a boy dog and a girl dog even after you’ve taken care of her for a couple hours. You literally groomed her and trimmed her hair and still thought she was a male? My fiancé was embarrassed and didn’t say anything, but I’m going to. She came home with a boy bandanna and smelled like men’s cologne. We will never take her back here .

This is a nice Petsmart location. They work with an excellent animal rescue organization, KARA, where we adopted our new kitty. We found everything we needed to get started as new pet owners. Checkout was a little slow, but we appreciate that the employee took time to find and apply coupons.

Honestly the best staff of any pet store I've been in. Seth has amazing knowledge of chameleons, everyone else is super helpful and smiling while they work. It's always clean and fully stocked.

Specifically towards the groomers section, took my little dog in for a haircut, nails, and bath, nothing to difficult I didn't think. For starters my dog had an appointment on a Tuesday and I was contacted a little bit before her scheduled appointment to have it canceled due to them being overbooked and saying the groomer had called me the day before, which nobody called me. I rescheduled to a Thursday, the groomer wasn't very friendly or welcoming upon arrival and getting my dog checked in, kept asking questions that I would think she should know being the professional... After leaving for maybe 20 minutes, I received a call that they couldn't finish anything but nails because my dog was to anxiety ridden and they recommended her being on Trazadone next time before bringing her. I've had my dog to the groomers thousands of times with absolutely no issues. Not to mention they think my dog had a collapsed trachea. UMM WHAT?!?! Worst experience with a groomer!
