Came in to pick up photod that were ready. Waited in line for long time. Another lady behind me waiting. I only saw one cashier with 7 people waiting in line. Finally i saw another employee come out to go help out at front Cashier but no one came to photo area. This is ridiculous. How hard is it to get help? No one pays attention to customers anymore?!Finally guy came up. He was not friendly, hardly engaged. Did not have smile on his face. Did not apologize for the wait - nothing. Nothing welcoming about this location at all. Dissapointing to see the work ethic of people these days.

Busy Busy. Definitely too busy to have one cashier with an insane line waiting to check out mid afternoon. Store parking lot is chaotic as well on a busy corner and so many people rushing to best traffic so pay attention. Store clean and organized, but service slow and in need of help.

Photo Department does not have sizes listed on order: when picking up (very expensive) order and you point out this isn't what you ordered the response included while I stood there in shock... "I don't personally care" "You can just cut them" "It's not my fault we don't have that equipment" "You can complain to corporate" "My managers on hold with corporate cause our system is down anyway" "Be lucky other stores have had to just close" In short just order through a print shop!

I want a zero star rating to reflect the true measure of my experiences.It's the same ole response. Unable to help or provide good old fashion customer service. They blame it on the Doctors office or the warehouse stock or bad communications. They are not customer service oriented. Period. It won't make a difference but I will not shop here and I am actively looking for a different Pharmacy.

The representative in the photo department was rude! He did not make any eye contact and was flustered, not being able to handle his job, he was short! He needs to learn what is customer service and find another job in a different field.

Convenience! Redbox, good sales on beauty products sometimes. I've gotten some really good deals on cologne too. I find myself shopping here for Hallmark cards and I enjoy the seasonal isle as well. Especially when shopping for holiday goodies for the girls and hubby. I really appreciate their over the counter medicines. Plenty of natural, homeopathic, dye free options I wouldn't have access to without Walgreens. I definately still mask up in this store. Employees are always so kind. If it gets busy someone is called up front right away.Right now the pharmacy is temporarily closed, but not the store itself. One of their 2 pharmacists took another job and they haven't been able to find a replacement. They have techs, but really need an actual pharmacist. To prevent over working their other pharmacist and losing them, they temporarily closed the pharmacy until they can get another person to help carry the load. It is a very busy location.

I got in line at the pharmacy at 1:15pm today. I got up to the window at 1:30 and they shut the window saying to come back at 2:00pm. There's no reason that they couldn't have gotten my meds for me since I was there prior to 1:30pm. I now have to go back out of myway to pick up my meds and wait again in line.

The Walgreens at Cotton & Bell in Surprise is delightful but their Pharmacy is sorely lacking in performance. Every time I have gone into the Pharmacy, it has taken 2-3 trips to the store to get my prescribed medications. And the "promised wait times" is a joke! I spoke with a Pharm Tech at 9:30am this morning (after waiting for 20 minutes for my phone call to get past other waiting patients) and was told that my meds would be ready in 90 minutes. I arrived at the store 8-1/2 hours later and the prescriptions STILL were not filled. I was told that they would be ready in another hour. Didn't have the time to sit on my duff for another hour, so I drove back home (a 30 mile round trip) and I will have to return tomorrow. This scenario happens EVERY TIME! Do yourself a favor - use another Pharmacy! BTW... the pharmacy finally texted me at 9:39pm that evening to let me know that my pickup was ready. That was nearly 5 hours after I had left the store, not the 60 minutes they promised me.

I have to talk about the pharmacist Krista here! I have never ever had such great help from anyone. She went above and beyond to help me out of the mess left by the rehab place my husband recently got out of! I was a mess and she calmed me down and figured out what they didn't order and handled it! From calling to get new things or whatever., when I left her I had everything I needed and could get home and take care of him! Thank you doesn't say enough Krista but I thank you so very much!! I won't go anywhere else for his prescriptions because of her!
