My nail tech did not understand or comprehend what l was requesting. As a result she did not prepare my nails appropriately. She did not remove all of the old acrylic gel present. When l clarified what l wanted she got angry and began screaming in non English. The manager calmed her down and l thought she understood what l wanted with the help of the manager, and she continued. However she made NO attempt to correct her previous mistake and remove the remaining acrylic, rather proceeded without corrections. My nails look awful!! They are uneven in length, and numerous nails have visible remnants of the old acrylic that shows through the clear nail polish. She also injured the top of my big toe when she was trimming the nail. It is very sore today. I will be requesting a refund.

Went for a pedicure on November 6th. The woman who did my pedicure did an awesome job. I thought I would treat myself to something relaxing feeling a bit stressed and anxious about election like so many others. The person giving pedicure next to me talked politics the whole time with his client! So much for my 30 minutes of relaxation.

The technician did a poor job for the pedicure part of my visit. I was asked to pay extra for callous removal I agreed but job was not completed. Do not waste your money. Bad manicure also..

Snow was absolutely superb! I don't indulge in a manicure and pedicure very often so when I do, I appreciate when great care is taken with my fingernails and toenails. And Snow did just that!I will be returning the next time that I indulge!

A friend and I had an appointment to get our nails done prior to our vacation unfortunately even though we supposedly got Gel nail polish it lasted less than 24 hours and had chipped prior to leaving for vacation. We went back to the nail salon the next day (Saturday) since we were leaving on Sunday and the nail salon was closed. Frustrated that both our nails had chipped in less than 24 hours and not sure we'll go back.

Regal Nails, Surprise, AZ has done my manicures & pedicures for over 7 years. This entire team makes you feel like family & goes above & beyond in service, friendliness and professionalism. To the person who says they don't speak English, maybe you cant hear because they all can speak English. I truly recommend my salon & Jimmy is booked months out, so good luck if u can get him! Also the women review below says her nails were 1 wk old & messed up. Please...your nails are at least 3-4 was old, look at her fill, not near the cuticle..Stop telling tall tales!

I had a horrible experience will not return I had long nails of mine own and they ruined them with the tool that they used to remove my gel nail polish it’s been over a month now and my nails are still trying to recover can’t communicate with them they supposedly don’t speak English it was just bad experience!!!!Services: Polish removal
