Travis has a great staff and a beautiful property. When we are in Arizona, needing a hotel and surprise, we will definitely be here again, thank you. Staff for a great visit.

A good place to stay, though the breakfast isn’t outstanding. I recommend buying groceries if you plan on an extended stay. They do have a well-equipped kitchen.

I recently went on a cross-country road trip and stayed in all Marriott brand hotels. This was BY FAR the best hotel experience of the entire trip.If you want clean, you got it here. All of the common areas and most importantly, the room, exceeded expectations! I actually felt comfortable to walk around the hotel room in bare feet. The room had a full-sized refrigerator and freezer w/an ice maker. There was a large kitchen sink and dishwasher. The appliances all seemed new and were in excellent working order. The layout of the room was like an apartment. The shower had superior water pressure. It was so good that we're still talking about it now that we're back home. Each staff member we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This included running into housekeeping staff in the elevator. We used the laundry facility on site. There were four washers and four dryers in the laundry room. We were able to get a roll of quarters from the front desk to use in the machines. If I remember correctly, the washers were $2/load and the dryers were a little less than that. The laundry room itself and the washers/dryers were all immaculately clean. There's a little convenience area near the front desk where you can buy snacks, drinks, wine, etc. The lobby area is quite large with lots of seating if you want to hang out and watch TV or play a board game outside of your room. There's also a grill and seating on the patio with plenty of heaters for chilly nights. The hotel does offer a free breakfast, but we didn't get a chance to check it out. If the quality is anything like the rest of our stay, I'm sure it's above par.I wish all Marriott hotels would bide by the bar they've set at this Residence Inn. I will go out of my way to stay here if/when I'm close to the area again.Shoutout to the front desk ladies that gave phenomenal customer service. I think one was named Chantal (this is from memory on reading her name tag over a week ago) and I didn't catch the other name - I just know she worked the evening shift on new year's eve. The two of them were awesome!

Had to stay here for two weeks recovering from a medical procedure. The services provided by every staff member we encountered was above and beyond. This property also seems well staffed, a rarity these days. The location is also very quiet.

Excellent place to stay. Our room was a suite with a kitchenette. They had a complimentary breakfast that was ok, but the pool and hot tub were nice amenities to have. Very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The only thing I could have wanted that wasn't there were some additional cooking supplies.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, and a friendly staff. We asked for a bassinet for our 1 year old, and not only did they bring it, but also a sealed bag with baby shampoo, lotion, and a rubber duck. 100% recommended.Walkability: Easy walk to the Suprise Stadium, and community park/center.

Really was shocked by how accommodating this place was. If it wasn't in the room, they offered to send it up immediately. Friendly and helpful staff... a very clean lobby, parking lot and rooms - spacious on top of it all with damn near a full kitchen..., great drink options for the AM. Didn't get to try breakfast, unfortunately. We really appreciated them keeping my mothers insulin safe when she forgot it in the fridge. I gave Patty a tough time about it, but it's because I worry for my mother. Patty did some digging since I assumed she's on separate shifts and found out it was brought to a manager and kept somewhere safer than a normal lost and found box. Called us back after about 5-10 mins, making it possible for my dad to drive over and get it before they leave the state for another one before returning home. Thanks for the due diligence and efficient staff. Will return here if a hotel is needed or wanted in the future. The only complaint is that the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, but if that's all I had to say that was negative, it's still a major 10/10 for me.

We stayed for a "3 day" weekend from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. We had two weekend breakfasts, deciding to opt out on Monday to pack. Instead, we had cereal in our room. The breakfast bar was well equipped and had some gluten free options for me - Cheerios, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, beverages - as well as breads, waffles, etc for my companion. There is a "pantry" next to the check-in desk, with high priced self stable snacks and meals. We forgot our toothpaste and there were free sample size tubes available at the front desk. I don't know what other items were available for forgetful, tired guests. We asked for a budget room close to an elevator and were pleasantly surprised by the size, amenities, quiet, and cleanliness. This hotel is a well run establishment even in the summer. The staff were very helpful, remembering us each day and inquiring about anything we might need. The parking lot was pretty full each night. There was a security patrol checking the lot as we had late night activities during an event in which we were participating. The pool area was well used during the last weekend in June but we were too busy to take a dip.

So as many Arizonans experience, our AC unit gave out on us, and our house got insanely hot. Being that we’re renting from a great rental company, they paid for the majority of our hotel stay here for 2 days. We honestly expected like a motel type arrangement, but were placed here, and we are SO SO thankful that we were! It was myself, my husband, and our twin sons (14 y/o)We were in the 2 bedroom suite w/ king beds. It was a split floor plan with full baths and TV’s in each room. It’s separated by a full kitchen (sink, dishwasher, full fridge + ice maker, microwave, oven, with everything you’d need like entire dinnerware, silverware, multiple cups, pans, mixing bowls, baking pans, paper towels etc etc) and a living room that also has a TV. So our boys were able to connect and play on their gaming systems in the two other rooms while we had our firestick hooked up in ours. The room also came with (when requested) a free large floor fan for people like myself that HATE still air. That alone was fantastic! Not to mention the free breakfast, which yesterday they gave us a large to go box each of bacon, waffles, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, and two cups worth of orange juice for each person. Today we got breakfast sandwiches, waffles, fruit, and orange juice. All was SUPER yummy. That said if you’re staying here longer and want the free breakfast, they mix it up each day, so that’s cool. The room overall was VERY nice, one of the nicest we’ve stayed in (and we recently stayed at the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs for my birthday) It was quiet the entire time, and very relaxing. We did take the kids to the pool, and while the kids enjoyed it, the water was hot and therefore wouldn’t have been enjoyable for us. The water was probably 88-90 degrees and we went at 8:00 PM. That’s not the hotels fault though, Arizona pools are just that way mid-summer.All of that said, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely go to them again in the future if God forbid our AC goes out!
