Employees are very accommodating, sincere, and caring. I just want to mention that the manager on call ( forgot his name) was awesome. No questions asked. Took care of the problem just like that... we need more like him. May God bless him and his family.

This is one of the cleanest and most efficient stores I have ever shopped at. The staff is friendly/courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue to shop at this location!

Great clean store with large isles. Make sure you have their app so you can scan the digital coupons! The checkout staff is always friendly for how overworked they are because there is always a huge volume of customers and there are usually only a few lanes open.

If you are having a small wedding and hope to stay within a small budget for flowers, I recommend going to Renada at the Safeway floral department. Pictures truly can't do it justice, especially since I haven't received my professional photography from the wedding yet. Renada was so helpful and knowledgeable. She brought my vision to life - sunflowers with brown centers, red roses, and red berries for my bouquet. She made two beautiful boutonnières - a sunflower with red berries for my dad, and a red rose with red berries for my now husband. She made our floral arch look beautiful! She assembled the two pieces and my husband put them up - she made it really simple. We absolutely loved our flowers, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a small floral job done at a reasonable price with excellent results.

I would like to thank Safeway for hiring a out standing employee. Casey in the bakery. She's very helpful and always in good spirits . Its nice to see employees going the extra mile for the shoppers.

This Safeway is on our way home after golfing nearby, so we've used it for pickup about six times. Produce is perfect, items are almost always in stock (unless someone is hoarding my fav soda), and staff very prompt/courteous. Highly recommend trying pickup service!! It's so easy, thinking we'll never go back inside!!

I love Safeway's selection of artisan cakes. What makes it unique, they have a variety of flavored cakes. I bought the raspberry and almond cake. It was soft, and the icing was just right. Additionally, they have an excellent selection of pastries. Please go check it out!

I am a regular (more than once a week) customer at the Bell/Cotton Safeway. I shop Safeway because of their political affiliation. I do not shoo at stores who share different views and who contribute to political parties I do not support. I ran in tonight at 8PM (they close at 10PM), grabbed the things I needed and went to check out. NOT ONE CHECK STAND WAS OPEN except self check out. I never use self check out! If a store wants to give me a discount to do their job that's kind thing. The checkers work hard. I will not deny them.Safeway at Bell & Cotton in Surprise, you just lost me as a customer. I will find another location or another grocery store. It sucks as this location is only 15 miles from my home. But I'll drive further & tell my friends to do so too. WTF?

Even though I went in for a couple of specific items & didn't get a chance to explore the whole store, I have to say I was very pleased with what I saw. The store was clean & the shelves well-stocked. Everyone I saw was wearing masks. Not all appropriately, but hey, they had them on. There was a guy outside sanitizing the cart for use. I'll definitely come back here & shop again.
