Lines inside always take FOREVER.Nobody knows how to answer a phone even at 9:30 AM!!! This place opens at 8.I don’t even know why this pharmacy is still in Business honestly, been coming here for the last 4 years and have had enough just trying to get my medication to live on a day-to-day basis when I can’t even get ahold of someone. Then always deny me in my medicine. Pretty pathetic.Don’t waste your time.

Worst website for doing prescriptions that I have ever seen .. always an issue and 9 times out of 10 always an issue at pick up or getting an order in .. never had problems anywhere else

Always a long line to pickup your prescription. They do a good job at filling the scripts.

Pharmacy does not answer phones or return messages, nor do the promised text alerts for prescriptions work. Safeway should discontinue their abandoned phone system.

My husband went to pick up prescription and was told it wasn’t at this pharmacy. I called her previous pharmacy and they said yes it was at 303 and Bell.When my husband went back to the pharmacist again advised it wasn’t there and he had to get the phone number for the other Safeway store from me for them to call and figure out how to fill the prescription. Miraculously they found it and he had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fill it. So for a trip that should’ve taken 20 minutes at most he was there for an hour and a half. This is unacceptable.

I got there just before 4:00. By the time the girl waited on my it was ONE MINUTE AFTER FOUR!!!!! She would not give me a COVID shot because walk ins ended one minute prior to her waiting on me. I WAS THERE BEFORE 4:00. I told her I was driving down to Mexico today and was there ANY way they could do it. NO! Last time I give ANY business to Safeway or their pharmacy!!!!

Horrible. I have been traveling so I called to get mine and my husbands medicine refilled and noone answers even the pharmacy where I was at could not get thru. I called every 5 minutes and continued to call everyday for 2 weeks straight and not 1 person answers now my medicines expired due to them not answering also tried to get them filled before I left and they told me my husband and I had nothing on file that needed to be filled, I definitely did. So now they r expired because they don't listen to the customer or answer the phones . How can I have my medications transferred if they don't answer the ohms I even tried to call the customer service desk as I found noone cares. I dint understand and I am very upset as I was a very good customer to the pharmacy and my medicines are alot of money .noone seems to care or be held accountable how can u just shut phones off if drs and other pharmacies need to call in.???

I would like to thank Safeway for hiring a out standing employee. Casey in the bakery. She's very helpful and always in good spirits . Its nice to see employees going the extra mile for the shoppers.

customer service desk is horrible at giving customer service just help random people in line. not the guy standing there 1st In line for multiple minutes frys gets my business now.

Beware the pharmacy. Although they advertise their full service they are completely unable to deal with the volume. Half the time you can't get what you need in 2 days. Very rude pharmacist.

This store is often a disappointment. Empty shelves are a regular occurrence--today, Coca-Cola products were virtually depleted, but no sign was posted to explain the problem, nor was there anyone available to ask. At checkout, there was a backup everywhere except at self-check, and the one employee there kept urging customers to use self-check--something I will do only if the store starts paying me $15/hour for my time. When I finally was being rung up, I asked the bagger for paper bags. Almost in unison, the bagger and the checker both shouted, "WE'RE ALL OUT OF PAPER!"--this is another frequent problem at this store. When I finished paying for my order, I noticed that the bagger had placed all 12 of the items from my order directly into the cart with NO BAGS whatsoever. WHY DO I BOTHER SHOPPING AT THIS STORE AT ALL?
