When I called in the morning the woman who helped me was friendly, upon arrival I had some issues with my insurance and the same woman knew exactly how to fix it and I had my prescriptions very quickly. Fantastic service!!!

Honestly I am so sick of this pharmacy. I have been going here for years and my patience is done with them. Two techs and a pharmacist this past Saturday . It took them a half an hour to figure out how to give me the GoodRX discount on three prescriptions and still couldn't figure out one prescription price when I even showed them the discount coupon on my phone and had all the information written down on paper too. One tech was training another and the pharmacist was no help at all. Pretty sure they hoped I would just say " Oh forget it, go ahead and charge me three times as much for these prescriptions."
Nope, I am tired of playing that game and also tired of the excuse that they are having issues with the computer pricing GoodRX, short staffed, misfiled a prescription etc.
Why on earth train a student and delay a customer 30 minutes?! I was asked 6 times what my husband's birthdate was because every time they scan a drug, scan the bottle, scan the invoice, evidently they have to input the birth date. They have the most antiquated system I have ever seen and nothing has changed for the better in the last 15 years there.
These people have the ability to refuse your prescription, deny your medications, if you get with upset them, so I stood there maintaining calmness and holding my tongue while my husband who was witnessing all of this, wanted to go ballistic. I couldn't believe it when I was told " well we can hold these meds for you until we get this figured out. " !!! No, my husband is out of meds and so am I, so I will just stand here and wait until you get your act together. Felt sorry for the people waiting behind me but that problem is on you guys since you have two walk up areas at the pharmacy inside that store you could be using to help customers, but only ever use one. Obviously the pharmacist is too good to help since they also shut the whole pharmacy down closed every day for their half hour lunch . Ever heard of one person going to lunch while another one works ? They call that having lunch in shifts and I did that for years.

Very clean store! However, the cashier at the self- checkout was very rude and disregarded the customers questions when attempting to use the Safeway mobile app. A majority of the customers were seniors and the cashier had no patience to teach or assist; He displayed a demeanor towards the customers as if they were ignorant and were bothering him. I stepped in and advised the cashier, " He had no right to address the customers in the manner he is , and to treat the customers with professionalism and respect!"

The staff is very kind here and has done a great job in the last two years. I have seen a great improvement in how they have done. Happy tonbena customer.

I have been coming to this Pharmacy location since 2002 and Kevin was the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I moved away from this location in 2006 but I still come to this location, even though there is a Safeway Pharmacy less than a mile from my house, because Ann is also awesome her and Kevin go above and Beyond. And now there’s a new pharmacy manager coming in. I hope they’re just as good as Kevin was.

They clearly don't care about people's time. They have two registers but I've only ever seen them use one no matter how long the line is. This is a very casually paced pharmacy. I'll be looking to fill my prescriptions elsewhere. I could drive much farther and still get my prescriptions faster.

I put two stars because of my experirnce at checkout. The employee at register name was Blake. Blake was not welcoming. Did not say hello, how are you, did you find everything ok, have a good day- nothing. Blake seemed like he didnt want to be working & clearly didnt care about customer service. The only thing I heard was when he asked the manager if he could go on break. He was scanning slow as well. I usually dont come to this location & now I know why. Why does our younger generation lack in great customer service?

Hit or miss. They are severely understaffed, and it shows. One person can not do the job. Rx's are backed up. Customer service suffers. Have to try Wal-Mart

Very disappointed in Safeway's customer service. I got in line to check out only 1 cashier working the register. I waited 5 minutes then asked the employee who was watching over the self checkout area if there was another checker? He just shrugged his shoulders and said no. I waited another 8 minutes before another checker finally showed up and checked out my groceries. The employee did come over to help with the bagging and I stated to him 15 minutes to check out my groceries and pay you $110 was somewhat ridiculous and his only comment was"Yah I know isn't that something" After spending 40 years in retail and 10 years at Safeway as a manager I know what a smart ass comment is. Very surprised and disappointed in their reaction especially when I drive past a Walmart Sprouts Costco Bashes and a Frys grocery stores just to get to Safeway.

Shout out to the cake decorator in this store. She keep her head held high when a customer was screaming at her because she didn't have an item in stock. I have never seen anyone treated so badly. Customer service was well done to a customer that didn't deserve her kindness. What has this world come to when we can treat people the way this person did.

Jorden Adams was the most helpful person that I have ever ran across inside a grocery store. To guide me across the store was the most sweet and just genuinely kind thing I have ever experienced in my long, long years of working with customer service. As this generations logic may be deteriorating, it is nice to see that there are people like him in this world. If I could give more stars I could. I cant express my thanks enough, and with his help I spent more than I ever have at a grocery store. Thank you, thank you.

This used to be a good phramacy however now there just lazy and will not lift a finger if they dont have to, had one person literally tell my drs after hours that, they couldn't get my transfer script because the other pharmacies don't answer phones half the time and they refuse to make the attempt and to have my dr resend script to them instead. Not to mention drive thru is always broken and when its not broke they just ignore it. Sad honestly. Go else where!
