Earlier today I was getting my girlfriend a birthday cake, Toni in the bakery department was a great help and very friendly. In fact the entire baking department chipped in with info while working on other tasks and I was able to get her favorite cake.

Lots of out of stocks, and employees are not friendly. There's a dairy door that's been broken for months and is still taped up with cardboard. It's disappointing for a brand new store.

What a great grocery store. Super clean, well organized and awesome staff. I don’t live any where close to here but this store will be a frequent stop when possible.

Although I like their sales, I don't like that they force u to have their app in order to use the coupons to get the items on sale. U have to "clip" them to the app, then enter your number at the register. How about u just let everyone get these items on sale whether or not they have a phone with the app? Most of my shopping is done at Winco because they don't have an app, don't play games where u have to "clip" coupons to the app etc. They just keep their prices low. All of the time. Safeway isn't a place where anyone is going to in order to do major grocery shopping for 1 or 2 weeks. It's a place u run into to grab a few things. Winco on the other hand is the place u go when u need to do grocery shopping for a full week or two. I understand these stores with apps want to keep track of u. Why is it that Winco doesn't care to keep track of its customers?

I absolutely love shopping here! The Bakery department is my favorite part - the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I frequently order custom cakes for both personal and church events, and I've never been disappointed. Jessica, the talented cake designer, is particularly noteworthy. She listens to my requests, she’s extremely attentive to details and her designs are truly exceptional. Overall, I'm impressed with the great service I receive here!

Who is the older lady with blonde hair working at self checkout? She's either very racist or has personal issues. Every time my wife and I are in she glares at my wife, never says a word to us but glares at my wife. We get a kick out of every time. Please hire nice kind people thank you.

Recently opened grocery store. Enjoying the new store. It is well stocked and very attractive. Clerks seem to be friendlier and more customer oriented than other groceries in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by one of the team members at Safeway, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and an eagerness to help. Joshua went above and beyond to ensure I found everything I needed, patiently guiding me through the store and offering helpful suggestions. What truly stood out was their genuine kindness and willingness to take the extra step—whether it was helping me locate a specific product or answering questions about store promotions.
It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service these days, and I truly appreciated the positive attitude and professionalism. It's clear that Joshu takes pride in their work and cares about making each customer feel valued. I left the store feeling not only satisfied with my shopping experience but also uplifted by the thoughtful and attentive service. Safeway is lucky to have such a dedicated team member!
