It's been quite a few times where I called them and they wouldn't answer however this agent is a plus. But I would stay far far far far away from Allstate in general over the course of 3 years my policy premium more than doubled. Went from $210 a month to $450. Only reason they gave me was inflation

Nancy has extremely poor customer service skills. If you attempt to call with a complaint she will in fact attempt to Interrupt and talk over you know knowing full well this behavior will cause you to raise your voice and then she will accuse you of yelling at her and threaten to end the conversation.This woman has no business in the customer service industry.

While I didn't deal with Jerrold directly I did speak to an agent by the name of Laura. She was fantastic. She listened to my wants and needs and did everything in her power to get me the best deal on insurance. She took the time to go line item by line item and explained everything to me in detail. In todays times, it is refreshing to see someone that cares and it shows in the work they do. Bravo Zulu Laura and Jerrold for having her on your team. Laura is a direct example of the type of agents you want representing the face of Allstate.

Brought my vehicle in for repairs at 8 am per appointment with the collision center. Noone bothered to inform us that the Allstate office didn't open until 8:30. I found this out after tracking a sales person down, who tried to help by calling over the intercom for the Allstate rep to report to their.desk because a customer was waiting.This was at 8:32. Still waited another 15 minutes for someone to show up @ 8:45 am. Person walks o and says "Oh, I didn't know there was anyone waiting for me." I am beyond irritated by the total lack of competence and customer service. The lack of communication and coordination is incomprehensible. Get your act together!!!!!
