We had the best experience at this location. Other locations not so much but the manager Joy makes this place special. She’s a very knowledgeable and gracious person, someone who’s not going to sell you on something you don’t need but a bed and accessories you’ll fall in love with.

Denise was amazing to work with. She let us take as much time as we needed to go from bed to bed, and back around for another 10 reps. She was kind, helpful, personable and a delight to talk to. She even wrangled our 4 year old so we could have half a moment to think while we were there. The most memorable and impactful part of her customer service was when we left. We told her we needed to discuss the purchase at home further and she didn’t make us feel like the time we had taken there was a waste or that we were a no sale. She definitely made a sale with her customer service. We can’t wait for our new bed!

Miguel was fantastic, he explained all about the sleep number bed that we have wanted to get, the benefits between each style. There was absolutely no pressure. The only thing that was negative, is that If you wanted a remote control which we thought should have been included was an extra $50.00. Sleep number CEO take note!

Highly suggest not purchasing one of these beds set up guys didn’t know what they were doing had to leave when they came back they still don’t know what to do we had to help them. Never did get the tech part set up correctly. So disappointing

Bought a bed a month ago, Greg provided great assistance. The bed's comfort is excellent, but it arrived with a missing part, needing a return visit for fixing. My concern is the $49.00 charge for a remote with a $9k bed - seems a bit stingy. Despite this, I'm leaving a five-star review due to my satisfaction. Suggestion for corporate: include remotes with future bed purchases.
