Quick and easy to set up my storage on12/8/24, took less than 10min, after applying online! Front office was ok, the lady seemed to be having a difficult morning so the interaction was very weird, quite, and unexpected! I wish she was more happier and actually engaged in a conversation with me! It was like pulling teeth just to get her to tell me how she was doing but once I was all done she seemed more happier that I was leaving than she was when I came in! Praying for her! This would be a 5 star but with the front desk engagement, and lack of customer obsession, I couldn't make it a 5, no way when she wouldn't even give me eye contact! Made me feel a little uncomfortable because it's like, what did I do? why are you seeming so disgusted? hope it wasn't a race situation!

Cancelled because I got annoying spam calls during the day from this new woman working there being petty and reminding me I have to leave before 10, even if it’s a couple minutes after 10. 2 years of being a customer 140 a month, leaving couple minutes late here and there sometimes and never had anyone be that petty until now. If you are going to in-force the rules to the teeth why don’t you also call the people that occasionally park in front of the outside units occasionally? The Black guy with a beard and glasses was always cool and friendly though.

I just started renting a unit at smartstop and so far everything has been great! The manager of the store is very nice and answers all questions you may have. The prices are really reasonable especially for the space and for an indoor climate controlled one. My house is also close by to my unit so I don’t have to drive super far just to access it. Overall, I think it’s a great place if you’re looking for a storage unit
