I went in around 10:20 and it was really busy, but the staff was very efficient and got everyone moved along as quickly as possible. I was there to have blood drawn without an appt and spent about an hour there altogether. The staff was all very welcoming and professional, and just as a side note, they will accept lab work that was assigned to another company (in my case, my provider assigned it to Labcorp but Sonora Quest was able to process it instead). Thank you!

This is the best place I've ever been to give lab samples. I'm almost afraid to give this review in fear that it will cause it to become more crowded.
I could barely check in before I was called back; the phlebotomist got me with such gentility and swiftness I barely felt it, my insurance was taken without incident, and everyone in there was amazing!

Been here twice, waited one hour each time to be told no order yet!
Came back today and no one is at the front desk to help. Check in did not go through. Everyone who walked by the desk ignored my plea for help! Now waiting again for anyone to call my husbands name!! Still don't know if order came through. Very bad service with no help!! Going to find a
new lab, if there are any!!!!

An absolutely horrible experience for anyone that is walking in with no appointment…if you walk in, they will take your business but they will not tell you that the wait might be hours,…yes, hours… If they have a stream of appointments your will be here a long time, you are not a priority. No sense of urgency whatsoever, they process people extremely slow compared to other labs I’ve been to. This post is about my experience here, avoid walking in if you can, and if you are fasting show up an early as possible. Best of luck!

I recently visited Sonora Quest and wanted to share my experience regarding one of the staff members. Specifically, I interacted with an African American woman with short hair who, unfortunately, came across as unprofessional during my visit.
From the start, it seemed as though she was overwhelmed and struggled to maintain professionalism. At times, I felt the situation could have been handled more effectively, which led to a disappointing experience overall.
During the process, I noticed she was entering the lab work information incorrectly into the computer. When I pointed out the discrepancy after reviewing the documents, she became visibly upset and reacted inappropriately. As a result, I felt I had no choice but to leave without having my son’s blood work completed.
I believe that every employee can succeed with the right guidance and support. I hope that management will consider providing additional training or resources to help improve her skills and approach to customer interactions. This would go a long way in enhancing the experience for future patients.

The entrance is NOT wheelchair friendly. The door is placed in a small alcove, and there's no automatic opener for the door. When my wife has to come, I have to come with her just to hold the door open. That means I have to take off work just so she can get her labs done.

horrible experience with a girl who’s name i think is JADE, the other girls refused to give me her name but she has black hair and glasses and we had a horrible experience. we seen her cut off older people multiple times and be Very Dismissive and rude. when it came to our turn she was the exact same way. what a shame that she ruined this locations reputation. i don’t understand why people like her work in customer service. never had a bad experience till her.

Another greedy medical outfit. Great service until Banner Health got involved. Computer check-in, no one will tell you how long the wait will be. Med techs are OK, but waste allot of time doing computer entries and coding services that were done by clerical staff at the front desk who used to answer patient questions.

Do not go here if you can help it. The wait time is hours even if you have an appointment. I will never come back here again if I can help it.

Be prepared. The woman up front is extremely rude and condescending repeatedly to many people while I was there. Completely unnecessary. She should be fired.

I was searching for a private laboratory to process a bloodwork order from one of my specialty care providers. As a fully retired military veteran, I would typically use the lab at Luke AFB’s 56th Medical Group. However, over the past several years, the base has made it increasingly bureaucratic and cumbersome to process off-base lab orders, and I finally decided it was time to find an alternative.
I located the nearest Sonora Quest facility and went online to create an account. The setup process was straightforward and hassle-free, and I was able to schedule an appointment that fit conveniently into my schedule. In the past, lab visits at Luke AFB often required waiting up to an hour and a half for my number to be called. Once the base switched to appointment-based scheduling, securing a time slot became even more difficult, sometimes requiring a two-week wait. In contrast, I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate availability of appointments at Sonora Quest.
After booking, I received a barcode for check-in upon arrival, which worked seamlessly. Since this was my first experience using a private lab, I arrived early in case any unexpected issues arose, but everything went smoothly. After providing my insurance information and lab order to the receptionist, I was called back to the draw room within two minutes.
I believe the nurse who drew my blood was named Karla, and she was working in Room 7. She was exceptionally kind and sincerely thanked me for my service, which was a refreshing and appreciated gesture. Despite likely seeing dozens of patients that day, she made me feel like I was her only priority. At one point, I overheard her talking to a coworker about giving a small prize to a child struggling with their lab visit, an act of kindness that exemplifies true patient care. I was thoroughly impressed.
The blood draw was smooth and painless. Karla was clearly a seasoned professional, and her expertise showed. When it came time to verify the vial labels, I realized I had forgotten my reading glasses. Without hesitation, Karla offered me hers, further demonstrating her attentiveness and kindness.
When my visit concluded, I thanked Karla for her warmth and professionalism and exited the facility without needing to check out. The entire process was efficient, well-organized, and far exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Sonora Quest Laboratories for their streamlined procedures and outstanding patient care. They have earned my trust and will be my preferred laboratory moving forward.

I was nervous about using this location based on the Google reviews, but it had the most convenient hours, so I decided to try it. I waited about 30 minutes as a walk in with no appointment, not bad at all in my opinion. The lady who drew my blood was friendly and kind. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it seems like something is off with the screens in the lobby that are supposed to let you know when you’re next. I was still number 8 according to the screens when I got called back. But overall, good experience and I would go there again in the future.
