They are so rude in this office. Feels like the MVD you get yelled at for not knowing what to do. I’m elderly and don’t have much knowledge with computers. I tried asking a question and I said I’m sorry for asking, Britany was so rude to me.

Rude and they could care less about helping you.Give them their jobs back. Get rid of the please check in Machines. Old people can’t see it well or understand it.

I took my 15 month old son for blood work the other day for the first time ever, I was super nervous as the reviews suck (and at most of the other locations as well). It was a Friday morning about 9:30 and only a couple people there, we only had to wait a few minutes and we had Hector doing the drawling. First try, super quick and efficient. Not sure if I just picked a great day to go, but I have absolutely no complaints about this location

Today I got one of the easiest and quickest blood draws of my life. I believe her name was Cithany. I apologize if I butchered it, I am bad with names. She was practically painless and very efficient. Thanks for a positive experience.

I booked an appointment online at 7AM for a 9:45AM time slot the very same day. I arrived at 9:15AM for checkin. They took my doctor’s lab order from me (paper) & I was in for my blood draw by 9:30AM & out the door by 9:45AM. Very efficient people work here. I would definitely return again.

Hello, I have been here 3 times with an appointment. The staff is very proffesional and I have encounterd no issues at all. All was done in time. Setup the appointment online got a code, when I arrived, I registered, got called when it was my time, I was out in 5 minutes if not sooner. The results I got online and the shared my details with my doctor.

Amazing! Walked in at about 3:50 PM (10 minutes before closing, I thought they might ask me to come back another time), ordered the test and they took the blood sample right away. It was past closing so thanks to the staff to stay a few minutes late.Then - so amazing! - I got an email at 12:30 PM today with the results! It's incredible that they can do this so fast.Excellent service!One suggestion: This is not for the staff at Surprise location but for SonoraQuest management - your website does not work to order tests online.

Been here twice now and both times I made an appointment and was seen in an appropriate time. Both phlebotomist were able to obtain blood on the first poke.

I booked an appointment for 915 on 912. They always encourage you to make an appointment. I walk in at 9 AM early this morning and was rudely told that it would be about an hour for my appointment. I said why I made the appointment for 915 and I'm early so why do I have to wait an hour. The gentleman at the counter whose name I have it won't put into this complaint says the following to me. Do you want to book another appointment or not. I said why do I have to do this my doctor said she wanted these labs done two weeks before my appointment my appointment is on the 26th and that's why I made this appointment. He said do you want an appointment or not. And while I'm looking in my purse to get out my phone to look at my calendar he says do you want me to book something or not again I said just let me let me see what I have here I got frustrated. I said well I need to get this done as soon as possible because my doctor wanted these labs two weeks prior to my appointment. He days that's ridiculous your doctors wrong we get his labs done in three days. So my doctors wrong in requesting them two weeks before my appointment? I think the young man at the desk needs to learn some customer service. My husband was standing there and he was shocked. Like I said I have the young man's name because he booked me an appointment for the next day at 9:45 AM. Which I have to schedule different appointment so I can go to this appointment. Your customer service is not acceptable Bette OConnor

Had an appointment for 3:30 yesterday afternoon. They close at 4. Showed up for my appt, handed over my insurance card and ID like I've done 20+ times in the past five years since going to this location. I've had the same insurance for the past five years. Next thing you know, I'm being told you suddenly don't take my health insurance. I found that odd because I was literally here last month and all other months before then with zero problems. Got told repeatedly from the women in front and the "billing manager," that they haven't taken it and contracts change yearly. So I was sent home. Keep in mind, my husband had to leave work early to accommodate this appointment that I had booked in advance. So I head to Google to check the yearly contract, and they 100% took my insurance. But still, gave the benefit of the doubt and called TWO billing representatives from Sonora Quest and my own mom (who's a billing manager for another doctors office), who all confirmed they've taken my insurance and that hasn't changed. I'm incredibly irritated because now my schedule is completely booked up, and they wasted my families time and gas money. Sounds to me like the people in the office wanted to go home early and not do their jobs, or they're not qualified whatsoever to be in a billing position. I do not recommend.
