Travis Gudknecht was super great to work with!!I have never bought a Subaru before, and the whole process was great! Very easy and not pushy or rude at all. Very happy with my puchase.*Dealership is very clean and comfortable too. Lots of coffee, snacks, and comfortable chairs. Also, they have a nice 2 year maintenance schedule for new cars, and AZ residents.

Great service. Were able to get me in same day, they were able to work through Fidelity's repair service. Were able to get my care fully covered for repairs. Angelo my service advisor was super friendly and great to work with. All around great experience. 100% recommend for any services needed.

1/ Cleverly concealed upsell of “window etching” after I told them I did “not want any dealer ad-ons at time of signing”.2/ Just completed third service shop-visit, and once again experienced return of a dirty vehicle. At time of sale last year, dealer promised I will get a clean car inside and out after each service! This time they said, “but don’t forget you have to ask for it”. Clean car return is standard from other dealers nearby.

Went to the Subaru dealer today and worked with Angelo in service. He was amazing and helped me with a missing engine cover that happened at another dealership they had not put it back on after repairs were done. Angelo contacted Subaru America and he got the engine cover replaced without me having to pay for it!!! That was amazing, then he also got me a deal on my oil change and tire rotation too! Thank You so much Angelo for fantastic customer service and support!! I really appreciate you so much!! I would highly recommend this dealership!

I was helped by Charlie and George who were amazing! I went with my 7 week old newborn and they were so patient and understanding. They took their time and made sure my baby’s needs came first. I didn’t feel pressured and all my questions were answered. They went above and beyond to help me. Amazing service!

This is an excellent dealership. I'm in the habit of buying a new vehicle every 3-4 years and have dealt with many dealerships over the past 40 years....Subaru of Surprise is one of the best. In 9/23, I purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester and dealt with salesman, Caleb. His manager, Van, was also involved in the transaction as were two F&I people. Everyone I dealt with were knowledgeable, polite and very customer oriented. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would certainly recommend a Subaru for those looking for a quality vehicle.

Terrible, sold a car with a bad head gasket, called in regards to it and the service director Gill was aggressive, unhelpful and even told me nice people get help, in regards to my passive aggressive tone. Bought the car and within 6 months had a busted head gasket, would've imagined checking in the health of that would of been in basic maintenance before selling the car, not as though there wouldn't be signs or wildly rare for a Subaru to have. Took advantage of my girlfriend and her mom who I wasn't with, having no mechanical knowledge and sold them on this car. Even after selling it had busted ac that wasn't made apparent until the summer months, thinking it was just weak initially. Many problems, no help, condescending and terrible.

My wife and I purchased a new car here yesterday by working with Chris Thom. He listened to what we wanted, found a good match in a car coming in within a month and quoted me a price as good/better as I would find anywhere. When it came in it was what we wanted and at the promised price. This was the 12th new car I have purchased in my life and this was the best experience. Total transparency on exactly what I was buying and the price. Chris even patiently explained all of the car’s extensive features to my technology-phobic wife! Oh, and the guy in Finance was also really nice to work with.

We were looking for a 2024 Honda CRV, for our retirement vehicle, and we had it down to what color and what accessories.On the way home, we passed Subaru Superstore of Surprise, and saw a beautiful Onyx Edition Outback sitting outside, so we stopped in for a look.Kyler Schmied greeted us, and told us more about a Subaru than we ever imagined. His knowledge of his car line, and especially its safety features was quite impressive.He sold us that moment, and we never looked back.We could have bought that car, at that moment and been happy with our retirement car for the rest of our lives.We went inside to see what accessories we could put on that Onyx Edition, then my wife and I went home to talk it over.When we went back to the Superstore, Kyler had promoted to Sales Manager, so he introduced us to Travis Gudknecht, who we were immediately comfortable with.We told Travis we had decided on a 2024 Outback Touring XT in Magnetite Gray with every option we could put on it.Soon after that, Travis called and said they had the exact car we were looking for, minus the trailer hitch and cellphone charger, but both of those items could be dealer installed.We went and looked at it, and drove it home that day.We have bought a lot of new cars over the years, but never left the dealer with the true feeling that we got everything we wanted for the right price.To make it even better, after we had driven the car for a week, Tina Dillon actually gave us twenty five dollars to come take a class on our new car.She explained every question we had, and far more, such as how to prepare our car to go through an automatic car wash.This is the most comfortable, fun car we have ever owned.I can't say enough about how great we feel about our "lifetime car", how thankful we are to have chosen a Subaru, and how lucky we are to have chosen Subaru Superstore of Surprise.

Bought a “certified” 2019 Subaru in Nov. 2022, found out today that the oil hasn’t been changed for a very long time and is completely black I also need to replacement on the brakes. This dealer sold me a very expensive car that wasn’t inspected and or certified at all. Very, very disappointing. I should have been better buying it from a private owner that this dealer.

Great customer service during my recent visit. My advisor was Glenn. After a horrible experience at Peoria Subaru I got my check engine light issue resolved (under power train warranty), dead battery cells (under extended battery warranty), 30k service and 4 new tires!
