The staff at the counter were professional and easy to work with. My service was completed in a timely manner. A deficiency with my rear tires was identified. Price was reduced thanks to an online discount. Very pleased .

Had an issue with my heater core on my 04 Silverado, called first and they gave me an estimate over the phone which was perfect, I accidentally went to Greulichs first and they wanted $500 more for the same job. Sun Devil was upfront with they’re estimates over the phone and explaining to me some extra costs that might occur because it’s an older truck and they estimated it to take a few days because they were busy with big projects which was understandable, they looked at it around noon Monday and by 4:30 it was done! I was more than happy with the work they did and the time they completed it. Will be my go to place for future needs!

Great people working there. They are friendly and helpful. They assess your car for any maintenance issues and provide a list. They will review it with you and provide pricing if asked. They let you decide what work you want done. It has
a good atmosphere there & I recommend them.

I went in because there was a leak under my truck. While I was there the tech came out and said this is the cleanest old ranger I've seen. Don't see any leaks. The front desk guy took me out to look under the truck and I said "right here is the leak". It was obvious and the front desk guy said yeah ad he swiped his finger over the oily place and showed it. It had to do with the transfer case. They said it would probably not be fixed until Friday (I brought it in 7 a.m. Thursday), as it was a 7 hour job and would cost $1500. What?? I wish I had walked out right then but I didn't know where else to take it. I'm new in town. They did not have it fixed on Friday and when they put it back together it was still leaking. This was late afternoon Friday. They said they'd have to have it hauled to their transmission shop on Monday. They topped off the fluid and I took it with the understanding that for short distances it would not harm it any further. I had no other vehicle and rental places were closed for weekend. They want to take it all the way to Chandler to their transmission shop. They might as well be taking it to Mexico. Chandler is at least an hour away. Btw $195/hr labor as quoted to me by the front desk is !

Once again, Sun Devil Surprise continues to treat the service of my Lexus as being part of of the royals.
Val is great to work with with. I don't feel pressured to add on service that aren't quite due. I'm given a thorough assessments before and after service of completed.

Came in for a new battery, was told there was only one available for over $400. Very lazy service or a lie as I got a battery from Oreillys a couple minutes up the road for $200. The tire rotation taking an hour wasn’t too impressive either.
